Ok Paris. If you havent been to Heart and Soul Food Cafe you are missing out on the BEST home cooking restaurant around. I hate to admit it but I've been there three times in one week. The staff is top notch! The food is just like going home to Momma's kitchen table. You will leave full and satisfied and within your budget. Food and drink total only $10.
