I have never felt more disrespected in my whole life!! My boyfriend, myself, and a friend went look at and possibly buy an electric guitar. As I was looking at the jewelry and they were looking at the guitars a WHOLE rack almost fell on my friend. So the āmanagerā of this place walked up to us and scolded us like we were children. Saying āthese arenāt toysā as if they were playing with them. The rack was not stable and simply collapsed when they attempted to pick up an item. As soon as she said that I clapped back and told her we arenāt kids and that the Grown Men werenāt playing with them like toys. I asked her to look at the cameras since she wanted to treat us that way. She said āI donāt care, move over there.ā If you know me Iām not usually the one to cause a scene, but in this case- I did start yelling because I'm not going to be disrespected.
The best part is when she put this rack up it fell right back down on her because it never was put up correctly. At that point we all just left and took our business elsewhere. I just donāt appreciate being treated a certain way because I appear young. The store clerk handled this ABSOLUTELY unprofessional!

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would give them a 5 star on there customer care but I would also give the company as a whole a 1 star based on policy do to if I come in with cash pay for an item get the product protection and then find out the item is broken and won't work. So I return the product that I payed cash for and can only get store credit that has an expiration date. So If I can't find something I need or like within 6 months then not only do I lose a broken item I payed cash for but I lose my cash as well. That alone to me would give them zero stars. Now if I were to purchase something and lost my receipt I can see getting store credit then but all other places have at least a 1 year expiration date on store credit if not no expiration date. The policy this company has is to basically ripe people off. If you have a credit with this company and there's isn't anything you want or need then you lose your cash or just have to buy something you don't need or want. Ā Ā Ā Read moreCame down to Paris from quite a ways away to purchase wii and xbox systems to bring up north. Although the staff was VERY courteous I felt as if I was a bother to them. I told several employees I wished to purchase every system they had and could make up. I was told by the store manager they neither had the time nor the manpower to accomplish this deal. I would think that if the store is trying to push selling their older xbox systems, they would have MADE the time to have them all ready. I purchased two every day for the three days I was there but could not stay longer as I was called back up north. I was however greatly impressed with the friendliness of ALL the employees and a very clean store. If I could recommend anything, I would recommend having these items ready on hand and ready to sell at all times. I mean, if they are on the shelf to sell, and marked down to sell, sell them. Thank you all. I still left Paris with a truck full from other stores...
