Denny's — Restaurant in Paris

This was the worst experience I've ever had at this Dennys. Keep in mind this was the night shift so i can't speak for the day shift.

We walk in and stand at the front for a few minutes only to be greeted after the Hostess was told by someone else we were there. And when they told her she threw her hands down and said out loud "I don't wanna" so we finally get seated right behind the only other occupied table in the restaurant. So note there is only 2 tables now in the restaurant. We sit there for about fifteen minutes and no one comes to our table to get our drink order....now this entire time we can see 5 employees sitting at the bar area joking and playing around, Completely ignoring us and the other table. We even had the unfortunate experience of seeing a make out session between one of the waitresses and her boyfriend who'd come to visit her at work. At that point we got up and left. We drove down the road to one of the other local 24 hour restaurants and had a wonderful dining experience. We will now always go there instead of Dennys. To start off this review, I'd like to first state that the greeting and the service I received was exceptional, but it wasn't until I heard and witnessed what I could not believe today. The manager and the way she was speaking to and treating the servers and other workers today was absolutely unacceptable. Throwing plates of pancakes, some of which I and other diners were waiting on, in the window and continuing to yell at her servers. The behavior of the manager was immature and not professional in the slightest. Again, when I was greeted and seated, and asked for my order, that whole service was outstanding, I couldn't have asked for a better server than Julieanne, truly, she was exceptional! But the manager is a completely different story and she should be reprimanded for how she has treated her servers and other workers. No one should have to deal with the disrespect I witnessed today, and I will not be back to witness more of it either, I enjoyed the food and the service I received, but sad to say I will not be...

This place is usually hit or miss. The customer service can be lacking, as with the food. I just left the restaurant, and it was probably the worst service I have had in a while.

It was late, and we wanted to get dinner as a family. Not many restaurants are open at this hour, so we decided Denny’s would be good. This was our first mistake.

After 10 minutes, the waitress finally came over and took our drink order. This wasn’t so bad, and pretty expected. She then took our food order. 20 minutes go by, and she finally brings us the drinks. An hour passed by, and we finally get our food. Everything is cold. The eggs, the wings, bacon, everything. We bring it up to the waitress, and she just said she’d replace the eggs. About 10 minutes pass, and the replacements finally arrive. We spent about an hour and a half in the restaurant, and most of it was waiting for our items. The service was abysmal, and I was honestly surprised.
