Today (04/01/18) is opening day of “Sr. Submarine & Gyros,” pronounced Senoir. To my knowledge 1of the only places serving 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒍 Gyros in Paris. The owner (& chef) has brothers, nephews, wife all busy on opening day - such a warm familial atmosphere. Even spouses & children were there for support. Servers were kind, attentive, & engaging, willing to inform you enough to make a great dining decision. 🥖 I had a Gyro - in this instance - beef / lamb cooked on a vertical rotisserie, wrapped in a pita flatbread w/ tomato, onion, & tzatziki sauce.
