Fuzzy's Taco Shop — Restaurant in Paris

I want to give a big shout out to the staff at Fuzzy in Paris, Tx. My daughter and I go to Fuzzy's every Tuesday for Taco Tuesday, like a tradition since January. My daughter recently moved to Dallas with her other mom and so on May 27th I really didn't want to go without my daughter, however I remembered the amazing staff Kookie the Shift Leader plus her staff. So I decided to take my daughters advice and go to Fuzzy's unbeknown to me, my daughter and the Fuzzy staff organized a surprise 50th birthday for me. The food was delicious and the staff went above and beyond with service they actually sung "Happy Birthday" to me. I will continue to make Tuesday Taco Day a Fuzzy's Tradition due to the Exceptional employees that work at this establishment. The evening shift employees are always stepping up their game with suggestive selling and with always the best of attitudes. I stopped in for supper. There was only one customer seated and eating. The cook was seated at one of the other customer tables and had to be told to get up and go to the back to cook. When I received my cup there was no ice. I went to the truck stop side of the store no problem. Came back to get my silver ware and there were no forks. And No hot sauce the trash bin was open and the trash can was pulled out. Now I understand they were probably busy and that’s why every thing was out. But why was the employee seated off all that needed to be done? The cashier was busy the whole time trying to get caught up. I feel like the other girl should have been buddy too. Waitstaff was helpful & attentive. The service is exceptional. Dad & I ordered Taco plates. He - beef & I - shredded roast, both w/sides of rice, frijoles & small sodas. Meal was "7" on a scale of 1 - 10. They took our order. Gave us a pager to alert us when food was ready, but then brought it out to the table anyway. I thought it was just a small hole in the wall. Instead Fuzzy's Taco has sizable kitchen, food-prep, dishwashing & seating areas. It's a full-blown restaurant inside the Travel Center w/restaurant pricing ($18.⁷⁹ for 2 people).
