RaeCole’s Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Park Hills

personally I do not care for the taste of coffee, that being said I did work as a barista for eight straight years in branson. three different locations. it's not like one company trained me but multiple. I know what an iced coffee is and this is not a nice coffee. this is a iced latte with skim milk. and then I said, I just wanted a nice coffee she says that's what that is so I just walked out. not only did she change what she told me it was but she gave me the wrong thing from what I ordered and I'm now on my way to number 9 coffee company. since I first started getting the coffees for my girlfriend she preferred them anyway. but considering this is a third time in a row I'm not going to come back to this coffee shop. in my opinion the only way they stick around is their location...... even the breakfast items they have is like a sugar cookie with that hard frosting on it, I don't remember seeing them up in this time but maybe I'm off it and that's about it. this place is pretty much the place you come when you need free internet but...

If you like the taste of syrup coffee drinks, this may be good for you. If you want to taste coffee, move along.

My visit made it clear that the girls behind the counter did not have proper barista training. One worker had to ask the other how to make a cappuccino after starting to make a cafe moka.

The worker who took over making the drinks had poor milk steaming technique, resulting in large bubbles in my cappuccino.

I had ordered the smallest drinks that were available, which were too large to taste much of the coffee in them.

My chocolate chocolate chip muffin was good, but the blueberry muffin my wife had tasted like it had soap in it.

Overall, not a great experience. Please get your employees...

Girl taking order was friendly enough but shortly after I ordered another lady and her kid came in and had an order very similar to mine and a food item. The young lady making the coffee which I assume from the conversation she was having was the owner or managers daughter and not a new employee, talked the lady up after me and skipped making my drinks and went straight away to making her friends drinks and food. Between me and my wife’s drinks we have put about $100 in the register for them just this week alone. Never again though , I would rather drive to Farmington and put my money in the pockets of the corporate devil that is Starbucks as at least it is first come first serve. Ended up waiting 25 minutes...
