Subway — Restaurant in Park Hills

Went in and ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub and was in a hurry so didn't pay much attention as the manager was making my food. I paid and left. Got home (I live 2 mins away btw) opened my sandwich and saw instead of chicken she put turkey and didn't put any ranch on. And when I looked at receipt she charged me is double meat turkey sub and added extra bacon. DOUBLING the total amount my sandwich should have cost. And when i called to talk to her (she is the manager named Reka) she tried to tell me that she never served me and that a different MAN did who wasn't even in the building and refused to give me a refund or even correct my order. Tried to tell me that if I had an issue to call back the following morning when the manager is in. When I know for a fact she's the manager because I used to work there for her almost 2 years ago where she paid me under minimum wage and constantly accused me of stealing food or putting too much meat on someone's sandwich and I would actually get yelled at for not charging people for double meat or extra WHEN THEY NEVER ORDERED IT and without telling them. Worst Subway experience, EVER!!! I've been to many Subways, all across the country. Free standing locations, and locations within other businesses. Probably many more than most people, as I was with my husband, who used to be an Over the Road Truck Driver. So, that being said, I've about seen it all, when it comes to the Subway chain. This particular location, is the stingiest Subway I've purchased from, in 30 years of being a Subway customer. The extremely hateful and rude child, who waited on me, didn't want to put ANYTHING on my 2 footlongs, purchased. I literally had to demand more toppings, and all she could say was that she can't do that, or she'll get in trouble. Speaks a whole lot about the management and owner. She even said only 5 slices of tomato is all that's allowed. When you cut a footling in half, one half will have 2 slices, and the other will have 3. What the heck is that? I can see 2 and 2, or 3 and 3, but this is called insanity! Biggest waste of time and money, in a long time, for me. Never have I had any Subway, or Subway employees, treat me so poorly! Nothing wrong the quality of food as it's always delicious and the store is always clean. Reason I'm giving it 2 stars as I've been here 3 times and I feel like I got overcharged on 2 occasions. The first time I got a meal and wanted a small drink with it. They were out of small cups. Instead of up sizing my drink for free they made me pay for a the next size when I wanted a small. Second time I ordered two six inch sandwiches and declined the meal at the register. I changed my mind after I paid and hadn't even been handed my change back. I asked if I could make the meal and she said yes. I was handed back my change and charged what I thought was the difference for adding a bag of chips and a small drink (the meal). They charged me full price for a drink and bag of chips. I asked why they cant refund one of my sandwiches and re ring it back out as a meal and young lady working told me she couldn't do that. If your going to train people on a register of how to take a customers money, they should be trained on simple functions such as refunding to fix orders.
