The food itself deserves a tentative two stars. We ordered the family platter for two, which included the pao pao platter, orange chicken, cashew chicken, egg drop soup, and sides of rice. Half of the pao pao platter was inedible and the other half was decent at best. The “fried rice” was simply steamed rice with a little soy sauce and egg mixed in. Not a pleasing side dish but the regular steamed rice was quite good. The orange chicken was plentiful and very tasty. My husband said the cashew chicken could be summed up in one word: anemic

Despite the subpar quality of the food, nothing left a bad taste in my mouth quite like the service. When I arrived I waited in line to pick up my order. After helping the gentleman in front of me, the hostess skipped right over me and helped the person who came in after me. Assuming that she didn’t see me, I moved to spot where I was more visible. The hostess continued to help everyone except me. I waited 10 minutes before other staff in the kitchen finally assisted me. During that time, my food had grown cold and patience very thin.
