Subway — Restaurant in Parker

Warning: DISGUSTING CLEANING PRACTICES!!! Last night, my husband and I went into this store to pick up dinner. It was about 8:30pm, so we knew they were getting ready to close the store, so we were just gonna pick it up and go home to eat. We were standing in line waiting to order when one of the kids working there came into the lobby to continue cleaning.

The kid cleaning was sweeping the floor (which was a mess - covered in crumbs, food, trash, etc., as to be expected at the end of the day). But instead of just sweeping the FLOOR, this kid used the same broom to SWEEP THE TABLES. I kid you not, broom went from floor to table to chairs/booths, back to floor, for EVERY TABLE IN THAT LOBBY.

I was absolutely flabbergasted. Who in their right mind would use a broom on a table when you can grab a rag to wipe off a table? BROOM… on a TABLE?? A broom that was JUST USED ON THE FLOOR…

After my husband received his food, the same kid who was “cleaning” was the one who was at the cash register. After paying, on our way out, I turned to that kid and told him “Just so you know, using a broom that was just used to sweep up the FLOOR on TABLES is absolutely disgusting.” And he had the audacity to try to argue with me. I didn’t give him the chance to defend what he was doing, because in my opinion there is no excuse for that abhorrent habit. I just walked out.

Please beware of going into this store. You never know what kind of germs are sitting on the table you’re eating at, let alone what’s contaminated your food. If the kids working here are that unconcerned about the lobby, what’s going on behind the...

We ordered online from this location yesterday and called to follow up with timing and they said they never received our order it must must be another location. We looked at our online banking and it charged us and I called back and said it was absolutely this location and he all but accused me of being a liar. I called other locations, but the bank statement had the store number that again validated it was indeed this location and I called back and this time a girl answered and was extremely rude. I asked for the manager's info and she said she refused to share it, and her manager/owner wouldn't be in for a week. I explained what happened and to reach out to her manager and again she acted like I was lying. She insisted that I would be called back by the owner and it's been over 24 hours and nothing. And I checked my account again today, now I have 2 charges equalling $70 and received nothing. Did an order after to Jimmy John's and it was ready in 7 minutes no issues at all. I will never be back to this location, management and employees are a complete joke and severely lacking in an customer service experience. Don't order here, worst service I've ever experienced. I don’t normally write reviews but I ordered a sub sandwich and 3 macadamia nut cookies online on 7/30. I picked up my order and got to work. Offered my coworker a cookie and they pulled out my cookie bag and it was straight chocolate chip cookies. I’m allergic to cocoa with a severe allergic reaction to it. I called the store to let them know of the mess up to see if it was a mistake or if they were out. I can’t remember the females name but she was rude and told me “that’s probably all they had”. She told me they won’t do a refund for the cookies since they aren’t that much. Fine whatever. I then went to ask her to make sure there was no cross contamination (making sure no one touched the cookies and then went on to prepare my sandwich). She got very nasty with me and said “that’s ridiculous you’ll be fine”. I’m 34 weeks pregnant, an allergic reaction to their mess up would be serious to me. I work in healthcare and understand severity of people’s allergies. I’m appalled by her response and attitude.
