Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Parker

This has been my go to Starbucks before work. Such a quick and easy location for me. However, in the last month or so the quality of drinks has gone downhill. I do not see the sweet, friendly lady who made my drinks perfectly anymore. It appears there is perhaps new staff which I initially had no problem with. However, the other day I picked up my usual drink and didn't realize till I was on the road what a VILE taste it had. It left a HORRIBLE taste in my mouth and was undrinkable. I ordered a tea with cream and venti cup of ice but I got tea with NO cream and only a tall cup of ice. When I mentioned it to the heavy set lady who's name I believe was Christy she said she couldn't give me a Venti cup so I offered to pay her and thats when she began slamming things around and reluctantly gave me a Venti cup. My family and I came to this location on Thanksgiving. I wanted just say thank you for serving us on a day like today. We saw how people were treating all of you and you all handled it so well. I personally wanted to get out of the car from the drive thru to go in there but the bf said no.
