Visited this location last night and ordered four creations for my family. One birthday cake remix, and three Oreo overloads. When the employee was making them, I thought I saw her make all three Oreo overloads in one giant lump of ice cream and mix-ins, which made me a little concerned. I felt like the ratio of everything would be off because of this strategy, but didn’t say anything because I trusted it would turn out right. Came home and realized two of them had literally no mix-ins, they were just was plain sweet cream ice cream. Didn’t eat it because, what’s the point? Decided to go back the next day for a refund. Stopped by today and the pink-haired manager (Katelyn) absolutely refused to make it right. Showed her the pictures I took of the plain ice cream and she threw up her hands saying she could only give a partial refund because she was “sure we went home and ate them anyway.” What a bizarre thing to say to a customer’s face! I was not satisfied with her solution, so I went home to retrieve the ice cream, came back the second time, and she reluctantly gave a cash refund. As she finalized the transaction, she told us that “next time” we “need to make sure the workers were making them correctly.” … I asked her if it was policy to make similar ice cream orders in a huge batch like the worker did and she said no, it’s not. So I guess she’s saying you have to supervise their employees, otherwise they won’t do their job correctly. (??) Never visiting again.. The manager was unbelievably rude and combative when we had no intention of being difficult or unreasonable! We simply didn’t get what we paid for. A refund is the least that could have been done, not considering the fact that I had to leave and come back a second time to prove myself after already being disappointed by my original purchase. Read moreI walked into the store at 9:40 pm on 6-20_2020. I had no welcoming but there were 3 people that were available to help me. I asked questions that were simply ignored and finally one of them decided to answer my question she acted as if I was bothering her clean up routine. I spent 18 dollars on pre-made products when I wanted fresh ice cream all because the staff was rude. I should have walked out the door instead of spending my money there. Clean up closing time doesn't trump customer service. The store is opened till 10 pm so I was within the alloted time of receiving service. It is unfortunate that all of the staff acted in such an unprofessional manner because now you have lost my business. Perhaps additional customer service training is required because while I understand 1 unpleasant staff member from time to time I do not expect an entire staff crew to display irresponsible...
Read moreThis location is always clean and the ice cream is always good (I mean duh). However, I have been getting their icecream cakes for special events for years now. Every time I have gotten a cake, they always write whatever I need on it for free. That's the first thing they ask me at purchase. Last time I got a cake from this location, I asked this kid who was working if he could just write happy birthday on it. He told me it would be an extra $20. I asked him if they had changed their policy and he said it has always been a $20 fee. I toldhim i have never been asked to pay extra and he said that he wouldn't do it until I paid.
