DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION Spent 20 mins waiting to get to the speaker to order my food when I got to the intercom I was greeted by a women who literally said welcome to Taco Bell what do you want as if my business was a problem so I ordered my as politely as I could cause I work in food I know how some people handle ruff nights anyway as I was placing my order I could sense a lot of hostility coming from the women at the drive through she then began mocking me saying and then and then and then between items ordered in a sarcastic Asian Accent after completing my order she told me to go to the second window no thank you nothing when I got to the window the women appeared to be on something she was thinner build with black tattoos all in cursive and bruises all over her opened the window took my card and shut the window no hi or anything at that point I was done trying to be polite she opened the window gave me my card and food and started to shut the window in my face when I sad can I get some sauce she didn’t even ask what kind I wanted and just threw a couple of mild and fire packets in my bag when we began eating are food my wife and I noticed are food tasted funny and we began having stomach issues her last night and me today I really hope my kids don’t get sick as a result so ya I’ll be calling the store location...

"After over a year I decided to give your restaurant another try, WHAT A MISTAKE! Order #328365 Tacos about 1/2 the amount of what usually comes in a taco and all shells cracked. Nacho Bell Grande asked for sour cream on the side, it was deleted then I was charged for a side of sour cream- REALLY????? Ordered side of jalapenos was charged but they weren’t in the bag. Please read my Google review from 3 years ago before contacting me. Once again I don’t blame the employees I blame their management and ownership. I was in food and beverage for over 29 years and I completely understand good help is hard to find, but taking an active roll in the day to day operations would probably improve the public’s opinion of your operation. Frustrated and angry, I look forward to hearing from you, but I doubt I will....."
Last chance today, won't be back. Last 4 times in the last few months my order was incorrect. My own fault for not checking before I left the store - but I SHOULD'T HAVE TO . I blame it on poor management & lack...
Read moreNot sure how this location has stayed open. It has been horrible for several years. We try to give it a chance about once a year and never gotten better. First I ordered via the app which means the order should have been stated as soon as submitted and not when I arrived. 10 minutes later I arrived and waited over 30 minutes after telling them I was there. Was told as i walked in the door by another customer, "go somewhere else if you want to eat tonight, been waiting 40 minutes. " 3 others agreed with him. Stood in line 5 minutes behind a lady from drive thru waiting to get her order fixed. Turned out to be 1 of 4 while i waited the half hour. When I finally got my order it was literally thrown up on the counter. Checked the items and found a couple were not even wrapped completely, could see the itms just looking in the bag. Got home to find the food was completely gross: shells on all tacos and gordita completely soggy, meat was cold, nacho chips soggy, and two tacos that had been ordered easy lettuce literally had 1 piece of lettuce each. Can only assume someone was being a smart butt. I would never recommend this or the other Parker...
