2nd time ordered tonight was disappointing All the way around 1st was very good cooked perfectly taste great good service
2nd time ordered a Ny style it was overly cooked dark brown and crust you could not bite into it without hurting your gums No lie or joke the rest was hard you'd really have to chew it down

Bread I ordered Without Romano or parmesan how ever they label it. just wanted regular cheesy bread without the stinky cheese But you before you open the box you smell it was made with it my kids vomits from those kinds of cheeses so i didn't want to ruin our dinner night with it so just okay i eont give this his got pizza
So back to the pizza We always order light sauce rather its a newyorker style from Domino's pizza hut or pizza shop never had It issues with being burnt to a crisp
So I called it in and ready to give back the whole pizza after eating just less than half of a slices
I felt bad my son would have to eat a very hard pizza like this
But very nice lady at the parker location in Douglas county Co decided to tell me it is because you what are light sauce that's why it is overcooked it said even the cross because I've never had a Crosby so hard unless I've asked for it to be extra well done she said yes that would be the same issue makes no sense how would a crust have that issue she couldn't admit that they did overcook it never even offered to take it back and bring another one or a half price or free one I didn't even ask for that she was just so rude I had to tell her good night and decided I would never order...
Read morePizza was fine; it's pizza so it's hard to go wrong...nothing outstanding, nothing bad. My issue is the customer service. Put an order in on Friday night, got a confirmation email telling me it would be ready in about an hour. Went to pick up, and they had no record of our order even with our email confirmation. Told us we would be 90 minutes out if we wanted to wait for a new order to be made. So, we tried again tonight. Put the order in at 230pm for a 530pm pick-up. Same confirmation, and by giving them a 3 hour head start, thought we'd be ok. Go in at 530, and while they had our order, it had not been started. Had to stand in the very small space and watch dozens of orders be picked up for 25 minutes while mine was made. Unacceptable. In a time when restaurants are struggling, I'd expect a better experience and to be in & out in a matter of 30 seconds like the other 2 dozen orders I watched go out. Having to stand in a small space while others brushed by me was unsettling as a few didn't have masks and nothing was said.

Read moreNot up to par anymore. When we first discovered Jet's it was great, second time we ate there the whole family felt stomach and lower GI issues, third time, same. Changed crust styles recently, two years later, and seemed fairly good. Tried pizza for a family night again and the cheese was greasy, WAY too much crust for what toppings were on the pizza and generally sub-par all around. I understand that some items are hard to get, I understand that not everyone wants to work in the food industry, but there's a simple solution. Don't take on more than you can handle. If you're scrambling trying to make food, you're going to miss something. Like charging for black olives added to a supreme pizza... and having half the ingredients missing, including the black olives that were an extra 2$. Was it tasty? Yeah. Was it filling? Yeah. Was it what was ordered and expected? No. Try a little harder....
