Old Santa Fe Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Parker

Tonight was my last time coming here. I have been here almost weekly and the last couple of times I have been served by a woman and the service was horrible. We were sat at a dirty table. She asked if we wanted it wiped…most people won’t sit at a dirty table. We ordered margaritas and had to ask for water and chips and salsa. We then placed an order for Texas dip and fajitas thinking that common sense would prevail and our queso would be there before our food. Nope all of it was brought at once to our very small 2 top table. Our queso was cold. Had to ask for more chips and requested tortillas. I was then informed that I would be charged for my tortillas. I have never been charged for tortillas. I asked for to go boxes and a soup container for our queso. Spilled alot of it on table. Just a disaster. We were then given the wrong check. I will never come back. The gentleman that is there 7 days a week is always so pleasant and accommodating. I walked up to home and told him we missed him tonight. There were 4 total tables being used in the restaurant - each table in a different section. The section we were seated in had tables that needed to be bussed and cleaned. The entire time we were there we stared at a table for 8 piled with dirty dishes, food all over the table and on the floor. No attempt was ever made to clear the table.

The service was TERRIBLE - we had to look for our server every time we needed anything (water, to order, get our check, etc). Once again, only 4 tables of 4 people or less were occupied so there was no reason we had to constantly try and find our server.

The food was awful - unappetizing and overcooked. I had the Enchiladas Suizas and the rice was crunchy, the enchiladas dry and flavorless. My husband had the nachos and they were a pile of chips piled with overcooked dried-out cheese and some toppings.

We have gone here many times before and the service has been getting worse, but combined with the horrible food and atmosphere we will not...

Ok the hostess was rude. We walked in andshe pointed to an empty table. We were handed no menus so waited on those. Asked her for a highchair and she just looked at me and walked away. She did come back in 10 minutes with one however. We put in our drink order and everything came back right but the drinks were flat and gross. The food was pretty good but we had to wait to eat it since we had to get up and ask around for silverware. The sever didn't refill our drinks (we opted for water) so that was frustrating. Now the table by us were drinking and they got all the attention. Two servers were checking on them and refilling drinks and whatever they wanted right away. I won't be going back just because the service sucked and I can find another Mexican restaurant with no issues around here that will...
