Yummy Phở Noodle House — Restaurant in Parker

I don't know what it is about Parker pho restaurants, but generally the water quality at these establishments is not the most pristine in taste, and this affects the broth negatively. As for this particular location, the broth is largely tasteless and featuring the drop in quality from the water. As for the cuts of meat, they are generally overly fatty when compared to similar dishes at other pho restaurants. The crab cheese wontons here are delightful, and the spring rolls are flavorful, but the star of the show should be the bowls of pho, and they just don't cut it. The service here could be considered sterile and unwelcoming, and perhaps that could be one reason why this place has been empty the past few times I've come in here around the 6PM mark. Wonderful experience and food at Yummy Pho with my family. We were looking for lunch and wanted to branch out and try something beyond the usual pho. My wife had the combination Vietnamese noodle bowl which contained egg rolls, grilled shrimp, beef, and chicken over rice noodles and fish sauce on top. I tried the Bun Bo Hue, which is like a spicier version of pho from the Hue region of Vietnam. My daughter also had the Hong Kong style Wonton Noodle Soup, that was the real highlight as inside it had authentic wontons, Chinese BBQ style pork with egg noodles in a delicious chicken broth. My husband and friends and I frequent this place every week or two. Seriously! It's not a place to go if you expect to be waited on. You order your food at the counter and they bring it but that's about it. You get your own utensils and drinks. This may seem negative to some, but for us we LOVE IT. It's a usually peaceful and quiet environment and we can be left in peace to enjoy our food and have good conversation. I've actually noticed several outlets along the walls if you wanted to bring a computer, but I doubt they have wifi. Food has always been amazing, I've literally never had any complaints.
