I am fully convinced these guys can fix any phone you bring them. I brought them a Razer phone 2 in 2025. That's insane because that phone stopped getting support basically 5 years ago now, and stopped being made. When I called to get an estimate, he got the model wrong but still kept the original price he gave me over the phone. I know it probably cost more after the fact, but he did not charge me for it. Likewise, there was a crack on the phone on the back. I didn't even ask them to fix it, yet they replaced that as well. Their service is fantastic. Took it with barely any questions asked, charged fairly, and estimated two weeks for the parts to ship and for the repair. They got it done in 8 days. Paid $311 for a screen replacement. New screen broke after a week. The phone was not dropped durring this time and was in a Otterbox and had a screen protector. When I went to inquire about the three month warranty they give, I was "informed" that I had broken the screen after the worker looked a it for maybe half a second. They offered to replace it again for a "discounted" price of $260. I left and went to another repair shop in the same shopping mall. He informed me there was no way to know if I had caused the damage or if the damage was caused during the installation. His price for replacement was $140.
