The overall experience is always delightful, but one particular person who stands out is John from the bakery department. I have encountered him on multiple occasions, and he consistently goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. John's helpfulness and positive attitude are truly remarkable. Whenever I have questions or need assistance with bakery items, he is there with a smile, ready to assist me. His polite and friendly demeanor creates a welcoming atmosphere in the store, making my shopping experience even more enjoyable. Yesterday I placed an order online and my wife went to the store located in Parkland to pick it up. She was there for almost 1 hour waiting for the delivery. She called 3 times and the answer always was that your order is on its way. After 45 min and with my 2 little daughters in the car she had to went to the store to see what was happening. The girl who was there was finishing the order (which i don't understand why if I received a confirmation email 3 hours ago, to tell me that my order was ready to pick it up) ... so, when my wife asked her about it, the lady just finished to put one of the stuff there and pushed the car to her and turned around and left her alone with no help at all to put all the thing in the car even when she told her that she was alone with the 2 Kids and was waiting for almost 1 hour. So, it's insane what they did Yesterday. First because supposedly you have to give your client a good service, second because after an email confirmation, 3 Calls and 45 min waiting they practically made fun of my wife, third because she was alone with two little kids who were crying because it was 1:30 pm and she was waiting there - !: fourth because the manager for pick it up never answer the phone and she was waiting more than 30 min in the phone to introduce a complaint but never answered. It's been a long time since we've been a member of BJ's, but when I saw a Groupon for a year of their Inner Circle Membership for $20 (normally $55/year), I jumped on it! Not to mention, this location is literally 10 minutes from my house. We arrived at the store, and went to the Customer Service desk to claim our membership via the Groupon voucher. The employee who assisted us was super friendly and professional. We were able to add my hubby to the membership at no extra charge! She processed the new membership in less than 10 minutes, gave us our Welcome Packet, and we went into the club to browse.

The club itself is well maintained and enormous! The merchandise is in stock and the prices are great! For example, we purchased a 72-count box of Dunkin Donuts coffee k-cups for $38.49, and 36-pack of Diet Pepsi cans for $12.99! When we were ready to check out, there were self-checkout lanes, and since we only had two items, opted to use it. An employee came over stating she saw our Welcome Packet and wanted to make sure we found all we needed and if we had a good experience. That was a nice touch!

Overall, this is a great location. The parking is ample, the employees are friendly, the inventory is large, and the prices are great! I will definitely be back for...
