Went to pick up an online order. An African american woman was standing in line at the front of the restaurant and I formed a line behind her. No body greeted us(me and my partner) as we walked in the door (there was a bartender present as soon as you walk in) . After about 10 minutes of waiting behind the woman I walked up to the bartender and told her I was here for a pick up online order she mentioned that she would be right with me and proceed to do as she was (the restaurant was empty 4 people at the bar and I seen her serve all 4 of them then proceed to act like she was busy) I waited an additional 10 minutes and saw a waiter and told him the same thing I told the bartender. He said he would look into seeing about my pick up order but never returned. The poor woman who was ahead of me had to be there over 20 minutes because Id been there now for 20 minutes or more. When a white couple walked through the door the waiter magically appeared and escorted them right away to have a seat ( the white couple did not wait even 1 minute before they were attended to). I became frustrated and went to the cooks to ask about my online order (It is now 30 minutes and still no help or service, the woman ahead of me over 30 minutes of waiting in an empty restaurant) The cooks looking lost and asking me if I am at the right place which I confirmed the address with them and I was in fact as the right place. They redirected me back to the waiter who after seating the couple never appeared again. Luckily, I seen two bags sitting on the countertop of where the cooks were, looked at the name and it was my order right there easily accessible (the waiter had to walk past it atleast two times but never cared to look) after the woman seen me locate my food she went to look at the name of the other bag sitting on the counter top and apparently it was her's. There was only 2 bags there for pick up and two individuals waiting excessively to pick up an order. When I went to taste my food it was ice cold. Read moreI don’t usually write reviews, but the service and experience at 333 Burgers honestly deserve one. This past weekend I was craving a good burger and saw they had a buy one get one free deal. The pictures looked good so I decided to give it a try. I placed my order for pickup (which I never do) and then called to ask for a customization. They were so nice and helpful over the phone that I already had a good feeling. When I got there, I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming the atmosphere was. The person I had spoken to on the phone came to greet me and made sure my order was just right. He even made sure the customization was done on the free burger, which he definitely didn’t have to do. Later I found out he was actually the owner. I love going to places where the owners are just as involved as the rest of the staff. And the burgers… wow. If I could give zero stars, I would. This restaurant has been consistently disappointing, and I’ve finally had enough. The wait times are beyond ridiculous—whether I’m picking up food myself or ordering through Uber Eats. They often mark the food as “ready,” only for me (or the delivery drivers) to show up and find out it’s nowhere near done. I’ve personally had to wait over an hour and a half after the order was supposedly completed.
On top of that, the staff is unhelpful and seems to have no sense of urgency or care for the customers. They don’t communicate updates, and when drivers cancel orders because of these delays, it leaves us scrambling to figure out what’s going on. In one instance, my food was even stolen, and there was zero accountability from the restaurant.
Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of places that respect your time and provide better service. This is not...
