I have never had an experience like the one I had tonight.
If I could give it less than 1 star, I would.
Truly, do not order from this store.
We placed an order for 5 pizzas - one without cheese. We picked the order up, got home, and discovered all of the pizzas had cheese.
I called the store and talked to a woman (she would not give me her name). I said, "It is inconvenient to have to come back up to pick up a pizza because it was made incorrectly. I would like a giftcard to go with the pizza when we return." She said she didn't know how to do that, even though she identified herself as the manager.
During this phone call, I mentioned she was yelling at me. I asked for her name. She said she would not give me her name. And then she hung up on me.
I called back 3 more times. On the next two calls, I was left on hold. When the store picked up, they didn't say hi, but, instead, hung up the call. On the 4th call, she picked up the phone. I asked if it was the same person I was talking to before and asked if she hung up on me. She said, "You said I was getting an attitude so I'm giving you an attitude." I asked for her name again and she said, "I don't have to give you my name and I'm not giving you my name." And then hung up again.
I am beyond shocked that anyone would treat someone like this. Maybe even more surprised it came from a person that identifies themselves as a manager of the store.
When a customer calls, it says the calls can be recorded. I hope all of these calls were recorded. I hope they listen to the calls and this person is no longer in a position where she works with the public directly. She should not have a job in the service industry. I imagine this specific store will lose a lot of business because of this one particular person.
In reading reviews, someone else mentioned a woman at this store that would not provide her name and also hung up on them. I wonder if it is the same employee.

Ordered pizza for delivery, 27-35 mins expectation set on the tracker, 1 hour and 3 minutes later I got an email saying my order was cancelled. No explanation, just cancelled and to call the store for my information. So, called the store, on hold for 5 mins, lady picked up and said she would check on it and be right back. 13 minutes into that call she hadn't come back yet and then I was just hung up on.
Called in again, got the corporate folks on the next attempt who then said they would transfer me to the manager. Got to the Manager, he apologized and said he would check but he was busy dealing with another issue (shocker). Put on hold again, he didn't come back, he dumped me to some other lady who said "I think my driver cancelled your order and went home" she also said "I see that we did refund your order though" Like she did me a solid or something.
Terrible customer service, manager didn't handle it properly at all and outsourced it to a person that was even worse at customer service than he was. Last time ever at Dominos for me, If I was the franchisee I would be ashamed of the experience they are putting out there for customers. The alerts and notifications on the status of your delivery would be nice if they were accurate in any way. Order confirmation said it will be here in 25-35 min. And I would get a text when the driver was 2 min out. At 40 min, I got a text that the driver was in the neighborhood. 30 minutes after that, I called to find out what is wrong. After the guy answered the phone saying "Yeah what ya need", I knew where this was headed. He said his system shows the driver delivered the pizza 30 min prior. I had to ask him like it was an inconvenience to contact his driver and find out where he left my $125 worth of food. A few min later, the driver pulled in. I waited at my door per the instructions that they would leave on the front porch. The driver waved me out to his car on the street so he could hand me 4 pizzas, 4 deserts and 3 x 2 liters of soda through the passenger window of his car because he was too lazy to get out of his driver seat. Not a single apology from anyone. And the pizza was in bad shape. Luke warm, I would guess from sitting in the guys car for 45 minutes.
