Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Parkville

I enjoy Scooters and was excited to see one open up close to me. I know this place is still new and there are always going to be mistakes when it comes to the food service, but I have yet to order from this location where there wasn't some mess up with my order. Just this morning, I ordered a matcha green tea smoothie with mango flavoring and got the smoothie with no flavoring in it whatsoever. I also found a very long brown hair in the maple sandwich(I have black.short hair) I ordered as well. The previous time I ordered, I was given a different sandwich than what I asked and my drink order was wrong. Again, mistakes happen and I usually just deal with my order being wrong, but I don't think I've ever ordered from here where my order was correct. I'll likely take a break from going to this particular location for awhile and hopefully...

Not sure what’s going on with this location, as I go here all the time. It’s right down the street from my house, which makes it very convenient. But here lately, there has been a drop off in the quality and quantity of their food and drinks. The drink I received today, was handed to me. I noticed it was wrong, so I notified the person at the window. She recognized that it was wrong, and demanded it back. I thought this was odd, as I was already holding it, and had put a straw in it. But she stated, in order for me to get my correct order, I must give it back. Which I complied, just thought that was weird. They are also only giving three donuts, when it used to be more in a plastic container. Now it’s in a bag, and are giving out less. There are lost of places to get coffee and food. Been a regular here for a little while but I've been noticing a lot of food issues usually on the weekends (so I stopped going on the weekends) and I ordered this morning and both of my drinks taste like soap. Husband also confirmed this taste as well and I don't have time to go back through the line about it. Might be time to take a break from Scooters and trying out Caribou.

However, I do like when the lady with shorter hair and glasses is working, that's when I know my order is going to be good and she is always so nice and caring, I could have a decent conversation with her (if there isn't anyone behind me ofc). I hope they...
