I was lucky enough to have enough rewards points to house a Big Mac. Naturally I ordered the Big Mac with extra Mac sauce, a large Coke and small fries.
The fries were perfection. Hot, Crispy, like they took the fries straight out of the oil and dumped them right into my mouth before shaking off the extra oil or turning off the "fries are done" beeping noise.
The Big Mac was quite sub-par to say the least. After being charged for extra Mac sauce, it was borderline dry. Almost as if some funny prankster came by and swiped the Mac sauce off my Mac, but his hands aren't quite spatulas, so he had no choice but to leave a little bit on there when he went to shovel that Mac sauce into his mouth like a bear eats honey in cartoons. Anyway, it was a "reward" Mac so whatever I guess.
Lastly, the Coke. After the pure deliciousness of a Big Mac and crispy golden fries, there is but one beverage to gulp down that properly satisfies the fatty McCustomer. Good old original, woke, non-diet, non-aspartame-containing, bubbly, ice-cold Coca-Cola.
I like to think I'm a relatively simple man. I understand the hardships and stressful environment of a fast food restaurant all from my own former experience in said industry. Still I cannot wrap my head, brain, mind, soul around the astounding magic performed before my very eyes this sunny, warm afternoon.
Magic, miracle, act of god, whatever you may call it, I never thought a Coca-Cola could actually GAIN carbonation, or become COLDER than mine did today after it sat in my untinted car with the windows rolled up, sun beating down, and A/C turned off. You see, this beverage might as well have been served in a styrofoam insulated cup with the letters H O T embossed into the lid. This Coca-Cola was no cooler than room temperature with a few ice cubes melting away quickly as they floated at the top. Never in my life did I experience, or even imagine such an uncarbonated beverage. The water I drank from a puddle shimmering with spilled oil and toxins in the heart of Flint Michigan was at least twice as carbonated as my Coca-Cola was this afternoon. When a Norfolk Southern train (BUH!) tipped over in East Palestine, Ohio, and the poor old man who all out refused to leave his home in his condition and age, ingested the vinyl chloride spilling across the town and raining down on him, he shouted: "I can't believe how carbonated and cold this vinyl chloride is... compared to the Coca-Cola that was served at the Parma Heights McDonalds!" So in other words, I didn't really care for the...
Read moreThis is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve received moldy black lettuce on my sandwiches and my quarter pounder I’ve gotten moldy pickles. I have gotten egg McMuffins with no egg I go back they tell me I gotta pay for it again today I went and got coffee. I asked for extra cream and sugar. I get black coffee. I go back to the drive-through they tell me I gotta pay for it again. I talked to the manager Which no I’m not a racist person, but she was a black woman and she yelled at me and hung up the phone on me this is why I’m writing this review. This is the most horrific McDonald’s people are getting sick from their food. They’re heating their food up over and over and over to the bread is hard. I’m tired of paying for things that I cannot put in my body And then complain and I’m told I gotta buy it again. This manager should be fired. I’m gonna do everything I can to make her known on TV. She was the rudest. My mother is 96 years old and was getting sick. I can’t even go to another McDonald’s ever in my life because of what this woman’s done and how she runs at McDonald’s in Pearl Rd., Parma Heights. They should be shut down. They’re gonna make people severely sick besides ripping them off she must be packing the extra money I’m not paying for something I didn’t get and when I go back to the drive to be told, I gotta buy it again. I told her I said you didn’t give me the right order she goes. The coffee is 219 that’s how snotty she got. Somebody needs to do something about this woman Obviously all the workers are listening to her so they’re all screwing up orders too. Got a really good manager there I’m doing everything in my power to have her removed before somebody gets ill and ends up in the emergency room or have to pay for their food over and over and over tell you oh come up tomorrow we’ll make you a free sandwich you go through mouth there’s no free sandwich you gotta pay for it. They took my name and everything still didn’t get my food now. I don’t even want it. They’re probably...
Read more9-21-25 @ 4:26pm, I ordered the special gold deluxe mcrispy at drive thru originally, she was rude had zero customer service about her at all, I work in retail so I understand working with the public isn’t always easy and very frustrating at times but I never show my irritation to customers. I called once I got home and saw it was just a mcrispy with pickles, I spoke to the manager and he was polite. He advised I could return with item and receipt and receive correct sandwich. Once placing the order with the manager in store I waited 20 minutes, after I was told it would be 5, for the sandwich and for it to STILL BE WRONG. It had lettuce, mayo and pickles, not the bacon and tomato and gold sauce so I just took the sandwich as it was and the mgr had them give me tomato and bacon on the side. Had to tell them to put them in separate boxes and to put more of the items in the boxes than they tried to put in. TO TOP THIS! While I was waiting I watched a line cook shoving food in his mouth with gloved hands and go back to making food. How is this sanitary!? You just jammed your fingers and a mouthful of food in your face and went back to making people food!? So he is completely contaminating food with bodily fluids. To the owner watch your cameras in your kitchen between 4:55 pm and 5:08 pm on Sunday September 21st 2025. I highly doubt that is the only time the cook has done this. It’s unsanitary and disgusting. I do not leave reviews good or bad ever, but this was just the most horrible experience I’ve ever had in any restaurant in my life and I’m 47! I think others need to know what is happening where food...
