Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Parma

Had terrible experiences with this location. My last was the final straw. An hour and half later with multiple calls to the store with no answer. I finally got ahold of someone and got rude and ignorant response to why our pizza was taking so long. When the pizza made it to our house they had no receipt. They said they were going to sign it for me and to let him know how much to leave for tip??? 1 pizza had no sauce, both were cold, and we couldn't prove it, but there was definitely a hair in one of the pizzas. Tried to get money back after multiple calls again, and manager refused to take phone call and sent it to a automated system. Called corporate office to complain and they said they would have franchise owner get back to me. Still didn't get a call. Sent an email to corporate again and finally got a call. From the manager you ask? Nope the kid thst took my order apologing offering me a $30 credit. After refusing it saying we will never go back we just want our money back, he said it wasn't possible since it was on a different day. Then I told him I would dispute it with my bank and let them go after them due to me not actually signing receipt and what they did was illegal. He then replied he would have a manager call me. 10 min later same kid calls back and said his manager approved a refund. Manager and owner refused to talk to me. Horrible business. I don't ever write reviews, but I thought everyone should know my experience. We will NEVER EVER order...

Don’t expect to receive food from this dominos. Apparently they don’t have any. I ordered at 6:20. The tracker said it was out and done at 6:45. I waited till 7:25 to call and ask. I get it, it’s tough to find drivers and just cause it’s done in 20 mins doesn’t mean it’s gonna be delivered first. They may be waiting on another pizza the finish for someone 2 streets from me. Well, I talked to an employee who apologized and assured me the pizza was on the way......So, I called again at 7:45. At this point the pizza had been out of the oven for an hour. I’m told my payment would be voided and that the pizza would be there momentarily. I even offered to pick it up. My kid was losing his mind about being hungry.

It’s 10 after nine and I’m writing this review because there has been no food delivered to my house. I’ve given up and ordered from another establishment.

I’ve had my card information stolen from dominos through their reward program,($90+ of pizza delivered to Brooklyn, NY) now they lie to me and keep me waiting for food that is never going to come.

I placed an order for delivery for 2 pizzas. I received an order within 30 minutes. I paid in cash and also tipped the driver who refused to bring my order to my door. When I finally got it, the order was incorrect. I called and spoke with Xavier and she ensured me she would have my order redelivered correctly. She said I would receive it by 4 as it was nearly 330 and there were other deliveries before mine. I called back at 5 an hour after the order was supposed to be here and some other employee answers and tells me the manager is on her way with my food. An hour later with no food I called back and was told the manager was not in, and to call back in an hour. I called back and talked to Jessica who told me there was still no manager in the building and as I was speaking she hung up on me. I called back and she refused to answer the phone. 5 hours after I received the wrong food I am still waiting to hear from a manager. I do NOT recommend this establishment, they are extremely unprofessional, and unwilling to fix...
