Deserves less than a 1 star rating. Was approached by employee or owner with regard to trained, licensed, and federally tagged, leashed and harnessed small Breed mobility service dog. The man stated dogs aren't allowed due to hair etc. First and foremost, I didn't expect him to know the breed is non-shedding, secondly, I showed the employee the federal laws regarding accessibility of service dogs into any and all public buildings and each rule that applies under the protection. Despite these facts, the man continued to attempt to deny the dog access despite his trained purpose! My sister offered to order for me but the employee walked away and went into the kitchen and we decided to leave and report the restaurant for disability discrimination. I live reasonably close to the restaurant and have frequently ordered and picked up food from the same individual, but without the dog due to close proximity from parking to the door, the dog was not always needed. I will NEVER AGAIN EAT at the restaurant. Period. I will be expecting my Witten apology from them via the Better Business Bureau. Two years with this animal and this was the first time we were treated poorly and I will not tolerate it. I didn't show bias during the pandemic, but then again, actions speak louder than words. We ordered and picked up our food from another asian restaurant visually across the street thar knows me, who I have been a customer of since 1999. They greeted me by 1st name, welcomed the dog, took the order and had it ready in 10 minutes and that was that. So much is to be said about disability bias and the lack of knowledge of FEDERALLY PROTRCTED SERVICE ANIMALS. I will update my review if the proper response is received....

Our first time ordering was last night. I read the reviews, and all seemed very good, but our food was not very good. I normally would not expect much from Chinese takeout, but the great reviews had me hoping for something at least decent and better than the average Chinese takeout. I would have given three stars for average food, but this was below average. The food had very little flavor. Friend ordered General Chen's Chicken (in lieu of General Tso's Chicken?) and it had a thin, bland, sweet sauce. Breading on chicken was not good either. I ordered Hibachi Chicken. Again, very thin sauce, little flavor, and chicken was dry/overcooked, or possibly old--I could not really tell. There was lots of it, and yes, portions were large, but that wasn't a bonus. It was just more wasted food that went into the garbage can. The rice that came with the Hibachi Chicken (which was nicely on the side in a separate container) looked great. Had fresh mushrooms in it and all, but very bland. The one thing I must compliment is that they used a lot of fresh vegetables, and that was good to see. I just wish the overall dishes had been more palatable. Pot stickers were large, but were doughy/raw inside. Meat was cooked, though. I usually like to give places a second chance, but our food cost almost $30 and was quite disappointing. I don't know that we will...

Order came warm and took an hour to get ( it was a Friday night. Really can't complain.) The sesame chicken dinner looked beautiful. There was so much food, but the chicken was really soft, and the rice was really dry. Used to having crisp sesame chicken. I guess every place is different. I ordered the chicken in vegetables. It's not the best I've had by far. The chicken seemed undercooked, and there wasn't any flavor to the sauce ( had to doctor it up). The rice was also extremely dry and sticky ( seemed old, stale). Wonton soup didn't hit the spot. The noodles seemed overcooked and were falling apart. I really wanted to like this place. I hear so many good things about them. It just wasn't up to par for me. The best part is that the dinner came with an egg roll. My daughter enjoyed that. And the wonton shrimp chips were included that's a bonus for me. Maybe ordered to late? I'll give them another try on a...

I had the hibachi chicken. It was ok. The chicken was a little dry and tough. I thought that I had pork fried rice... There were a few pieces of pork but not much. The spring rolls and the egg rolls were tasty. I also had the shrimp fried rice with egg. Not many shrimp. The hibachi shrimp came with a lot of onions and a few freshly cut carrots. I would not try this again. I paid $39 for 2 pork n chicken egg rolls. I think that they were vegetarian instead of pork and chicken. I also had the hibachi shrimp with chicken, which they forgot to add... Shrimp fried rice with egg and onions... lots of soy sauce but very few shrimp nor any other vegetables. Wonton soup... no pork inside the wonton it's all on the outside. The broth was really bland. I will certainly give this place a rest and not return here for a year or two. The food has fallen flat versus what it once was. 🫢

I hadn’t ever had Jackie Chen’s until recently even though I’ve lived in the area the majority of my life. I’m probably the only native that dislikes China Jade, and was on the hunt for a new Chinese place and decided to take a huge leap of faith - every New Year’s it’s been tradition to order a boat load of Chinese fare (as you can see in the picture) in my family. We ordered pretty much every standard popular Chinese favorite, and everything was delicious. It’s for the most part standard Chinese fare that you’d expect from anywhere with just enough of a twist to make it less generic and set it apart from every other place - but all still familiar and expected. I’ve since made it my go-to and have ordered several times on a much smaller scale with just as pleasant of results. The bourbon chicken is my favorite!

I just moved to the area and this was the first time I ate here. The reviews don't lie, the food is amazing! If a place makes good egg foo young then you know everything else will be good. Everything we had was really good from the wonton soup with shrimp chips, beef lo mein and Hawaiian fried rice, and the egg foo you g, which was the best I've had in years. I would definitely recommend this place for amazing Chinese. The website says they deliver, but they don't you'll have to use Door dash or other service. I recommend ordering online using Google. It's much easier and then you don't have to deal with the rude person who picked up the phone.
