Absolutely a sad and completely unreasonable experience at this place. The lady working tonight 8-26 has a verry poor attitude and customer service. Came in with a coworker after a long day at work passing through and decided to stop at this hotel because it had a restaurant in it. After sitting down and ordering a drink and then drinking said drink (even though it tasted like completely garbage but I had a rough day so far. It right) I whent to order food and she said I needed to leave and go put on a shirt that wasn't a cut off and wasn't gona serve me food. After she gave me a $18 drink that tasted like crap she said she couldn't serve my because of my sleeveless shirt. No where does it say this when 1. You book the hotel. Or 2. When you walk into this place to eat. So I took my money to McDonald's where it is good since I'm apparently not good enough to eat here after a long day of work. Read morePick up only for in room service. Prices are ridiculous for it being pick up only. Prices make sense for actual IN-ROOM service, but to go pick it up in the lobby from the fifth floor and being forced to tip? That needs to be fixed. It needs to say pickup only on the QR cards, while ordering in the app, and not just on the TV.
