This place is pretty good! The employees seemed friendly. I thought it was mandatory to place an order at the self-serve tablet kiosk but then I heard the folks working the front end tell another customer that you are able to order at the counter also. If you order from the kiosk, you enter your cell number and they text you confirming your order and then again when it's ready. I went with the Chick 'n Shack- crispy chicken filet on a bun with lettuce, pickles and buttermilk herb mayo. It was delicious, and tasted perfectly fresh! A great thing about this chain restaurant is that they do not use any hormones or antibiotics in their meats. The chicken is also cage free. I like supporting businesses with principles. I got a vanilla homemade custard milkshake which was incredible! So rich and creamy! It's been since forever that I've had a milkshake!! What a treat!! This is going to be a restaurant that will always be packed around the peak hours, especially lunch, so I'd suggest downloading the free app and ordering ahead for digital pickup in the restaurant- it'll save you time and you can avoid the stress of the line/waiting for a kiosk if all are occupied. I'll be back for a burger or hot dog sometime soon. I can’t give five stars to this place because it’s pricier than I would prefer- meaning I paid over $12 for a sandwich and a small milkshake...I believe the shakes come in one size and that size is tiny in my opinion. Oh...

Went on Easter Sunday and it was not busy at all. I was the only person in line and there had to be between 8-10 employees in the kitchen. Yet I waited at the register for a few minutes until one employee finally asked "did you want to order?"... like I wasn't just standing directly in front of the register to order. My order came out wrong (ordered Blueberry Lemonade and got regular - cashier may not have heard me well through mask and plexiglass though) so had to ask for new one. Also asked for "fresher" fries as the ones I saw them put in the bag were sitting out for a while (just wanted another box that had been put out more recently, not a fresh batch) and that became a little "thing". It was amazing to me that I was the only person waiting inside and my order took longer than expected considering there were about 8 employees hanging out in the kitchen!!! I get it's a holiday and maybe you shouldn't be open and things are more relaxed. No problem, work chit chat doesn't bother me. But with the amount of people standing around that day in the kitchen and seeing orders rack up on their screens with no one working on them, I was a little surprised that they couldn't chat and work. The 3.9 star rating on Google doesn't surprise me now after having ordered from this location. Food was good though which is redeeming. Just maybe more...

This was my first time here, and it was very enjoyable. The double burger was delicious and cooked perfectly. The fries were great too, but without a doubt the best thing I had was the milkshake. I got the cookies and cream and it was absolutely delicious!

Like many restaurants, they have joined the unnecessary tip craze in which they ask you for a tip for doing no more than handing you your food. The guy taking our order actually stood right by the screen with us as we were ordering and pointed to the place on the screen where we could leave a tip, lol. I guess it's all the rage now, and I have nothing against a business trying to get as much money per transaction as possible without losing customers. It does make things a bit awkward sometimes though.

The booths are a little tight if you are more than 6 ft tall, but it's manageable. There are also tables with chairs available so if you are taller than 6' 6" or if your waist is more than 50 inches, I would probably recommend those.

I am certainly looking forward to going here again at some point. From my perspective, the food is definitely worth it... even with a...

My sister and I went to this location for lunch and while the food is good, the chairs are absolutely HORRIBLE if you’re dining in. We had ordered our food on an iPad, took a number and sat at a table. The food took about 10 minutes and a “server” took it to our table. About 15 minutes later she actually came back to check in and ask how everything was which was surprising but really a nice touch. The cheese fries are so good and were crispy. The single burger was a bit salty but honestly very flavorful and the lettuce and tomato were fresh. My sister said her cookies and cream shake was really good too - overall our meal was good but expensive, $40 for 2 cheese fries, 2 single burgers, a coke, and a milkshake. My only complaint was the chairs - absolutely horrendous. Prepare for your back to hurt (just look at the angle of the seat, who designed those?) it’s almost like they were designed so you eat quick and get out.
