Listen, the food tastes just fine; however, my issue is the price for what I got. Nothing to rave about the food tastes like burgers and fries nothing special. I could barely find my burger under all the other stuff (lettuce, sauce, tomato). If I had known I would have ordered two patties but this was my first visit. The fries were hot and fresh and the drinks from the soda machine were watery. The juices must have been the optimal choice because everyone kept refilling at those dispensers. It was fairly clean but I had to wipe our table down before we sat down to eat. I just don’t think the prices match the food. I immediately wished I had gone to Five Guys or Smashburger. Some of you won’t mind but if you are like me and you love a nice juicy burger 🍔 to fill you up this may not cut it. You will get full off the lettuce and tomato filled buns. I can’t claim it’s a healthy option because the bags were extremely greasy. I don’t know if this is the norm for this place or what but this was my first time and I...
Read moreI walked in because there was nothing else the could have been franchised nearby. We have one nearby my house but I have never been. The kid who took my order was slurring his words. My attempt of an order was a number 2 with a cookie shake. Bill came to over 12 dollars. I figured that with the postings I have seen it would be a great meal. The burger meat was raw and the but was stale. The shake was more like runny milk with cookies in it. I didn't get fries at first becuase slurry guy only put in a Dbl Char Chzburg and Oreo shake. The manager did bring me a small fry though and appolgized for the mix up. I looked back at my order and noticed I was charged $2 for a No Kid Hungry card that was written on and a $2 service charge.
I will be giving the card away as I will never be back. The other items on the menu looked interesting. But if you can't get a simple burger right there is no sense trying...
Read moreI eat here at least 2 times a month, before that the locations near route 4. Even so I have not tried everything on the menu and there is a lot to choose from. Ahi Tina and cob salad are excellent. The manager is awesome and hate to see her go when she heads back to California. As a former GM for Five Guys in the area, it's no wonder this place is taking there business. Now, fries are just plain fries, but char grilled items cooked to order and great atmosphere and seating goes a long way. And being the FG keeps raising their prices (little cb, little fry and drink over 12.00), it's refreshing to be able to get the same amount of food for under 9.00. The stores are not franchises so they have the money to back them. And they support job growth as well, starting wages are higher than all the other fast food casual fast food stores...
