Dunkin' — Restaurant in Parsippany-Troy Hills

It's dunkin donuts, so expect donuts. I've been there multiple times to get munchkins for various events and they've been out. 930an out, 330pm out. The am one excuse was it's last day of camp. So what, camp doesn't serve it and not every parent was buying it. The 330pm on a regular day, excuse was its so late they are out. Same for Donuts, it's part of the store name so you have to have some. They only have a small variety. By the afternoon less then a dozen to choose from. Gift cards another issue. They never have envelopes. Every time they just ran out. Its rude to just hand someone a gift card without an envelope or something. If I'm buying it at the store it's probably last minute and I'm not going home to wrap. Ive had the no envelope issue multiple times. Staff, the one older gentleman is nice. But the woman is horrible and rude. As if it's my pleasure to be there. Nope it's there's for us customers to show up. Problem is this location is so convenient to me. That the only thing it's got going. However, after this last time I'm done. If I need D&D I'm going the extra few miles to the Montville location instead. The Lake Hiawatha/Pasippany...

The rudeness is real. Never been to a place before where a staff yelled at customers for just sitting around and talking. 6 of us went to Dunkin Donuts after dinner for drinks and coffee. While sitting, talking, and laughhing with each other (not being too loud at all i would say), we heard a woman screeching in the background. We initially thought the Indian woman behind the counter had been yelling at a worker, and had thought she was being extremely rude with the worker, only to find out she was screeching at us to lower our voices. We were as shocked as much as we were offended, especially since we hadn't been that loud. Ironically her screech was much louder than our talking as it managed to draw our attention and disgust.

Furthermore an older Indian man came by and aggressively yelled at my younger brother to remove his resting feet from a low hanfing coffee table. I have no issue with such a request issued in a polite way, but the loud and aggressive nature in which he issued the request was completely unacceptable. Safe to say me and my party of 6, as well as many of our friends, will not be returning to this...

I placed an order for six donuts on Instacart from the lake Hiawatha Dunkin’ Donuts I ordered two Boston cream, two strawberry with sprinkles and two chocolate with sprinkles, The donuts were hard as a rock stainless could be you had to throw them out and the order was wrong. They never gave me the Boston cream donuts. They gave me two other kind of donuts. Seems like whenever I go to the Dunkin’ Donuts. There’s always a problem either they don’t have enough donuts out or what they do have out. They’ve been there all day. If you don’t go early in the morning, forget it the rest of the day you’re gonna get stale donuts And if you order more than one cup of coffee, you have to actually ask for a tray to carry the coffee in otherwise they don’t even give you a tray always disappointed whenever I go to this...
