On Thursday March 20, 2025 I had a very bad experience at this Dunkin' Donuts. I purchased a purple 20oz tumbler and initially, I was impressed when the associate gave me a FREE fill of coffee with my purchase, especially since it was my first visit there. However, things quickly took a turn for the worse. After drinking the coffee, I burned the top of my mouth and discovered that the tumbler had "cold beverages only" etched on the inside of the lid. I was frustrated that the associate seemed to have no idea what she had sold me. The next day, I returned the tumbler for a refund, but the same associate told me the manager wasn't there and refused to call for approval. While I waited, another associate called the manager. It was during this time that I was shocked when the original associate rang up $3.83 for the FREE coffee she had given me with purchase of the tumbler. I told her there was no way that I was paying for something that she had given me for free the day before. She said that since I had returned the tumbler that I would now have to pay for the coffee that was in it. As someone who works in customer service, this felt extremely unprofessional. After some back-and-forth, and finally an approval from the manager, I was eventually refunded the $14.99, and the $3.83 charge was reversed.
Given the poor service, lack of product knowledge, and the way I was treated, I would strongly recommend avoiding this Dunkin' Donuts. There are plenty of other locations nearby with better service. This experience has definitely ruined this D&D for me and I will...

Like every day, I ordered a medium cappuccino without sugar and another with sugar for my sister. When I received my drinks, I realized that something was not right, they were not hot. I went back to the store and kindly asked the employee to correct the mistake and rudely what she did was foam my coffee again. So I wasn't pleased and I asked her again to please make my drink again. I could never satisfy my desire to end up being mistreated and leaving that place.
