The San Gabriel location seems to get lot more DoorDash type orders that they’ll prioritize so I’ve waited over 30min before for my drink. This Pasadena location is a lot less busy and I’ve never had to wait an exorbitant amount of time for my drinks. After purchasing the bbt and pearls here for 4 times now I'm really disappointed in the pearl quality. It is undercooked and hard and it is very hard to chew on, making the experience no longer enjoyable.i won't be patronizing this store until this has changed, unfortunately.
