I ordered here again and the Asian lady was condescending by acting like I can't afford a 7$ item and asking if its okay if they make my order because I added something on. They need to cut that tacky racist treatment!!! I work in the industry and mentor chefs and that is ridiculous treatment!!!
Horrible customer service and maybe racist!! Your employee Monica at the Pasadena, CA location on Colorado Blvd is the worst person I've ever experienced. She was rude, condescending and I hate to say this but, I truly believe she was being racist to me. I walked in,looked at menu and said,"okay,I'll have the 3 item plate with noodles". She then said,"to let you know,it's 9 dollars and change". I said,"ooookkkkaaayyy". Taken aback,like, it says the prices on the board. But okay. She then stood there for a good 30seconds+, and said,"You want rice?" No! I said noodles. Then I said,"get the noodles started while I look at what to get my wife." Then she rudely says," these items will cost you more". I then replied,"The PRICES ARE RIGHT THERE ON THE GLASS👉stop talking to me, your rude and condescending." This is why I say racist. Some Latinos came in behind me and she didn't do any of that rude mouthy treatment to them. Read moreI was just back from there to share my view of this restaurant. I ordered 3-entree plate with white rice/chowmein/chicken breast/broccoli beef and another extra charge for firecracker. I drove my car to back to home to start my meal. When I opened the box, I was despaired cuz my plate is not only HALF-FILLED, but also I missin' firecracker which cost me an extra charge 1.5 bucks. So, I had to drive another 15 minutes to back to the restaurant, and the server Christopher B. who served me earlier was there. I waited at the side since there were some customers waiting in line. When it was my turn, I asked the worker that I missed an entree which I ordered. The guy passed me the entree that he forgot to put into the bag ,and he said nothing. I wasted 30 minutes to get my a small entree because of the guy, and he did not apologize about it. Since there were more people waiting behind me, I just left. I will never back to...
Read moreWe had a very disappointing experience at this Panda Express. When we arrived, there was no line at all, but we still ended up waiting over 30 minutes for our food. We specifically ordered Kung Pao Chicken and were told it would be ready in 7–8 minutes — we agreed and waited patiently. I even stepped out to get drinks, which took about 15 minutes, and when I returned, the food still wasn’t ready.
What’s worse is that the person responsible for cooking was standing around chatting with the manager instead of preparing our order. It wasn’t until we went up and asked again that they finally started cooking it. For an empty restaurant, this level of service is just unacceptable. Definitely not the kind of experience...
