B.C's Donuts — Restaurant in Pasadena

Nice, welcoming people and great, fresh donuts. Their specialty donuts are incredible... every single one I've tried has been a delicious masterpiece. They're not always available but they're very worth getting. Not too sweet, not hipster $4 donuts, and the most amazing attention to detail. Where else can you get a real crème brûlée donut, complete with burnt sugar glaze? I had the strawberry cheesecake donut today and wow - fresh strawberries, cinnamon sugar Graham cracker bits on top, cream filling, and it all came together beautifully. They had delicious seasonal donuts as well around Christmas (I ate a cookie butter and an eggnog one - fantastic).

I can't say I've ever been to a donut shop that is this passionate and creative with their donuts, even the hipster ones. Can't wait to see what...

Ok.....If you guys want your taste buds tantalized, and mind ultimately BLOWN!...Look no further than The Almighty Ham, Egg and Cheese Croissant! It's the #2 on the menu and for a measly $3.95, you too can experience culinary nirvana. It's a perfect blend of a fresh and warm buttery croissant, perfectly seasoned (salt and pepper?) eggs, savory ham and delicious melted cheese. I was the lucky recipient of one of these bad boys and within 5 minutes of completing it, I had 2 options: A. Die a happy man or B. Share a glimpse of heaven with my fellow humans and write this review. Fortunately for you - I chose the latter. As for me..... I will live another day, and enjoy another #2 at B.C.'s Donuts on Foothill and Altadena.

Been coming here for many many years and well it's OK. Prices have dramatically gone up but you really don't mind as the donuts and breakfast sandwiches are great. However the service has become incredibly lack luster. Plus they ask for tips? Seriously? How can you give terrible service and ask for a tip?

Went in for a coffee and ham and cheese, which is probably their most selected items. After 15m of taking my order, someone else comes in and they get her taken care of immediately yet I'm still waiting. Sadly I cannot support a business that charges premiums with such poor efforts to...
