Save yourself time and energy. Go somewhere else. I just left here after placing an online order for pick up. I went to the counter and told them. Then I'm waiting around and someone else asks me if I've been helped. I told her one girl said she was helping me and she confirmed she was waiting on the Irish coffee. I wait some more and no coffee, no communication. I see the same worker as before and ask what the hold up is so I can decide if I can wait any longer. She said there's no specific reason "sometimes the machine is slow". Mind you, there were about 7 workers but there might as well have been just 1. They were all standing around and moving with no sense of urgency. No one was even making my coffee the whole time I was standing there until she told a fellow employee to make the Irish coffee. They weren't even busy at the time either. She tells me they prioritize drive thru and people who show up in person over online orders. The whole time I standing there in person...This bad experience is not a one time thing. Last time I went there, they didn't even have lids for the hot coffee.. Another time, they were incredibly slow although no one else was there. This will be my last time going to this location. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt but I don't appreciate being ignored and disrespected. So I DO recommend going here if you want to feel invisible and watch workers stand around. Are you kidding me? I waited almost 20 minutes to order ONE drink myself, and was told to wait even longer. I left because I'm not going to wait to give my money to a business who is this slow and lousy. This is unacceptable and even worse they have a drive through speaker they don't use. I ordered a blueberry bagel and the nice lady asked if I wanted it warmed up, I said sure, when i received it I was overwhelmed with this burnt electrical smell, when I pulled the bagel from the bag it was weirdly firm, half cold- half hot ; something I’d never felt in a bagel and I’ve been eating bagels for 25 years roughly.
