Awhile back I purchased a living room set. When we first got there William didn't even greet me and my son. After looking for a little bit I saw what I wanted and asked if I could put it on layaway cause I did want to make the complete payment until I was sure to pay other expenses I had. This guy was tending to my son and catering to him like he had the money which he didn't even have job I guess I looked poor and didn't have money. When he saw I had a lot of money he was begging for 5 stars and promised a discount if I gave it to him. I thought no not with treatment you gave me got my furniture paid in 3 wks and when I got there to pick it up they couldn't find my order waited 45min. and finally they loaded the truck and told me don't remove the plastic when I got home it was the very couches I didn't like. I said this wasn't what I ordered. Never again. He begs for 5 stars and promises discounts if you give them. Makes me wonder about all his 5 stars reviews. William treat ALL your customers with common courtesy and kindness you lost a big sale from me. My husband has a very good job out the Port of Houston as a crane operator. Great experience! William was very helpful and informative and while we were having difficulty finding the right pieces, he was patient and considerate. We ultimately found a great bedroom set and William arranged the delivery.

The delivery team, both of then named Eric, were very professional and courteous. They were very careful carrying in the furniture, negotiating through a tight 90 degree turn without a scratch.

Two of the pieces were found to have issues (upon being unwrapped after unloading) that were attributed to oversights by the manufacturer (and not a reflection on Value Furniture). I called William and he promised to get the replacement pieces delivered the following business day.

We were welcomed with such friendliness and our Sales lady, Sabrina, was very sweet and knowledgeable. She was beyond helpful, answering every question we had about various furniture. The place was very clean and comfortable. The furniture was all good quality and very reasonably priced. A LOT of sale prices! I got an ENTIRE livingroom set...couch, love seat, chair and ottoman, 3 piece table set AND a HUGE area rug all for UNDER 3 grand. That is also with same day delivery and a furniture protection plan.
