06/05/2023 I have no complaints about the cleanliness of the gym. No complaints about the staff either, I hardly interact with them to be honest. The location is very convenient and the parking lot is huge. My only gripe with this gym is that it is a victim of its own success and can get too crowded too often to the point where you end up sitting/standing around waiting for stations; completing a full routine becomes too time consuming. It's the one thing that prevents me from coming here more...

Finally got around to canceling my membership. This was a decent establishment when I worked out here. My problem is that I had to make a trip to cancel my membership. I had tried calling for years and nobody answered. I stopped working out there a year of 2 before Covid when I moved. Nobody would answer the phone to at least tell me I had to come in and of course they just kept taking my money. Had a plan for 2 people on the same account, and asked to freeze the account because of financial reasons. Neither person has ever gone to Fitness Connection yet. Still charged for the second person on the one account. When asked about it, refused to give a refund. This is ridiculous. Especially during these times where money is right for everyone, you refuse to refund money for someone who asked to freeze the account and has not visited once....
