Broadway Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Pasadena

We arrived here at 2:50pm on a Saturday. I'd never been here before and never plan on going here again. 4 drinks and 1 beer were ordered. We got our drinks without any straws. We ordered the fried pickles and mushrooms appetizer. We all ordered the 10 piece traditional wings which there was a special of buy 1 get 1 so we each got 20. My two daughters got the original hot on all of their orders. My grandmother ordered original lemon pepper. I ordered 10 Cajun Lemon pepper and 10 Spicy Garlic, we also ordered 2 fries. We then waited an hour till we got some of our order. We were only brought one 20 piece original hot, my order of 10 Cajun Lemon pepper and 10 spicy garlic and a mistakened ordered by the waitress of 20 spicy lemon pepper and 20 original hot with 1 order of fries. As soon as we start looking at the order the waitress disappeared without checking if our order was right not allowing us enough time to mention it was wrong. I had to wave the bunch of waitresses down from our table for someone to come back. I told her a 20 original hot and a fire order were missing and that my grandmother ordered the lemon pepper not the Spicy lemon pepper. The waitress tired to adamantly argue with me telling me that we ordered a 20 piece spicy lemon pepper instead of correcting her mistakes. So after I told her no that that wasn't what was ordered. She quickly only brought out the original lemon pepper. When she brought the lemon pepper wings to the table she tried to say we had already received the other 20 original hot. I had to tell her it hadn't been and to disregard the 2nd order of fries and just bring my daughters 20 original hot. She claimed she'd remove the original hot from the bill since there was a few mistakes with the whole order. When she finally brings the bill she didn't remove anything she said she would. I been going too this place for years i khow rick the owner this place is always great but today it was the worst experience coming from managers i had ordered 24 mango they didnt taste good so i called back to see if they could replace them. However the manager told me to bring all my food back and i told her if i bring all my food back im going to have to have yall replace all my food because it will get cold and im not going to eat cold food. Wich she said ok when i got there she said that my order was correct but would not listen that it did not taste like it was made right. She also told me all i wanted was free food. At that point i was very upset because i never asked for free food. All i asked was for the 24 mango to be replaced but she told me take all your food. The two managers that were on duty were very rude. I have been in the customer service industry for 10 years and that was the worst customer service i have ever received. RICK the only reason i am giving you 5 stars is because i have been going there for years and never had this problem. You do need to talk to your employees because they were screaming at me instead of defusing the situation and did not know how to handle it at all. I love your place but you need new management and im not complaining because i want free food i just want you to address the problem. RICK i will be going back hopefully i can see you there. The Waitress took a while to attend us, my wings i ordered we supposed to be hot lemon pepper, and were only lemon pepper. I let her know the order was wrong and she offered to just give me the sauce to pour over it, Waitress was Brittney B. Nope asked her to remake them, all she did was put sauce over them!I could tell cause some of the wings still had no sauce! The womens restroom one of the toilets have no seat, I mean come on its $10 to replace, and no soap in the RR at All!! So that means the Waitress' are not washing their hands at all after going to the Restroom…

Update year 2024 Had the chicken Alfredo, well my brother in law did (kid) watery… I’m not sure who the kid who was there belongs too but I’ve seen a bald guy with tattoos all over his head there all the time always looks like he is coked out talking to customers all the time waitresses sit with him all them time but numerous times I’ve went I’ve seen him picking up kid by his arm and getting mad cause he’s not behaving and being a kid. Talking to customers looking wired up all to the time. Appreciate this establishment but this type of person who is there constantly does not need to be there just the presence is omg I can’t believe he is there almost all the time I am. Embarrassing. And no I don’t go to the hippo lounge much more like the hippos a** cause that’s what the scent gives off. Not sure what is going on back there but it’s not Covid anymore and the stench is clear as day that’s why I stay in the front where the families...
