Worst experience ever. I understand that they aren't Chinese but every Asian restaurant knows how to season properly than this place...Their food was plain every plate was plain and not appetizing. I had ordered general tso chicken (flavorless and soggy) with fried rice (plain no seasoning at all literally just fried plain rice with eggs for coloring) and wonton soup (the broth had no flavor and no flavor in the wonton itself), lo mein (seems like they really did try to season but just really couldn't get it right), and egg rolls (flavorless the only thing that made them edible was the fish sauce) and let me tell you guys that it was so unsatisfying my family couldn't eat it. $30 down the drain. They don't even consider their customers no refund no compensation. Just a plain "SORRY" just like their food. Very disappointed. I really expected more because I'm Asian myself...

Updated reply- Firstly thank you for taking time out of your busy night to respond to my review. But I would like to you inform you that I don't use msg in any of my cooking and our sodium intake is limited in my family. There are other seasoning that can be used to bring out the delicious flavors in dishes but from the taste of the food prepared in your restaurant didn't have any flavors at all. If all of your customers were satisfied you would be having more than a 4.4 rating. You did have complaints prior to me, So I'm not your first unsatisfied customer. So not only was the food not good but customer service was a bad experience..Instead of covering for your business's mistakes, it would be a good idea to own up the mistakes of your employees..As a business owner myself I understand how important it is to value a customer and make things right. I wish you and you business nothing but the best and hopefully from this experience from this customer teaches you to value your customers more. Because it is the customers who keep us business up...

Indoor signage, food images where fuzzy blurred faded, not recognizable. The dish ordered - Garlic chicken dish was way too sweet tasting for a Garlic dish and for my taste. The chicken was overcooked and dry. Rice was was a little too dry Very sticky. The vegetable soup was minimal with vegetable content. However, the broth was very tasty and had a home made taste. The table at my booth was wobbly and limited space for me and fellow business associate. The restaurant, staff was extremely friendly and very professional. They answer any questions that I had prior to me ordering. Overall, I think there are other dishes that are probably very well-made and maybe the cook has a styling preference that’s outside of the box. I’m not saying to pass up at this location . give it a try just order with caution. Maybe even ask for a sample if possible. Make the order minimal that way you have a chance to try it see if it is to your liking unfortunately it missed the mark with mine. Pricing was about average or just above. Parking for lunch seems to be a little hard for this location as employees for this restaurant and other businesses occupy spaces already.

Overall, I would still consider returning in the future, but trying a completely different dish, and/or getting a sample prior to my order if possible. That in itself may be very unreasonable, but it doesn’t...

I can only review on what I've had, the grilled pork sandwich. The bun was a bit too toasted, the pork was a little light, could have used a healthier portion. These sandwiches are pretty basic and simple, that being said hard to mess up. Unfortunately the yellow sweet sauce just doesn't fit. I tried this place because Cali Sandwich off Travis downtown is a bit out of the way for me and was hoping this place might be a good alternative. It isn't, and the .80 price hike over the past year for this sandwich doesn't help either. It's still worth making the drive downtown for a good bbq pork sandwich until this place gives better portions and loses the sauce. Who knows maybe they have something else on the menu that is a home run, until I find it, my review stands but I'll update as I try more. At least the place is nice and...

I am a frequent flyer here because I've been knowing the food here is great. Today i came in and I hadn't had my cup of coffee, which i normally brew every morning, so i got their vietnamese hot coffee. I allowed it some time to cool down because there were many clear indications that it was steaming hot. Once I took the first sip, at a blissfully warm temperature, i felt the liquidy goodness ease it's way down my esophagus and into my soul... Y'all, I'm telling you, it has got to be the best caffeine around, if you're from this side of town. Beware though, it is a sweet beverage; i have too many friends who like coffee without flavor... My entree is #60, the Vietnamese pork chop!
