Refresqueria Tamazula — Restaurant in Pasadena

Customer Service: Service was good. The don’t offer raspado natural de fresa but they still made one for me. I appreciated that, but what refresqueria doesn’t have fresa raspados?? THATS THE MOST COMMON ONE.

Food: -Chicharron Preparado: Pretty good, it was heavy, very loaded! Would definitely order it again. -Raspado de fresa natural: Not bad tbh. Not my top choice but also not ranked at the bottom. -Agua de sandía: It doesn’t taste fresh, must’ve been made with old sandía.

Atmosphere: Not welcoming, as they have NO seating for you enjoy your foodie items.

I've been here for 45 minutes and I'm still waiting for a licuado de mango....the guy taking orders continues to take orders and money without helping his crew. This place is a nightmare. Almost an hour for what every other refresqueria can do in 2 minutes. These people shouldnt be in business. Also, i walked in speaking English to see how they would treat me....rude. If you are on a budget and need Mexican comfort food, this is the place to go to. It is too delicious and that is why I am grateful that they do not have any seating. If you need to buy the something for your Wife and kids, they have that too. They even have a layaway plan for those purchases, I embellish things, but I am not kidding on this occasion.
