Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Pasadena

Give credit where credit is due.

I understand that this establishment is run by teens who barely want to go to school yet alone work a job they dislike.

Regardless something needs to change at this location! I cannot blame the employees rather the management team in charge. There service is slow, the food was over cooked, burnt on some, hardly sauced or prepped on others.

I ordered a stuffed crust meat lovers, a deep dish pepperoni, a thin crust pepperoni, a side of bread sticks and based off of my receipt apparently a cheese pizza (never asked for a cheese pizza). After over a 30 min wait I was handed my food in which I failed to inspect (can only blame myself). Its not so much being naive rather trying to keep the faith in humanity in the hopes that ones work needs no inspection once handed off as a final sale to a customer.

I will not be returning to this location and I suggest you stay clear as well.

Maybe the lack of business will force change on the leaders of the establishment and instill better quality traits in its...

I ordered three pizzas, and an order of chicken wings. I had to wait 20 minutes for my order, so I went to sit in my car. I was having a severe headache, so my husband took our receipt to go get the pizza for me. He stood waiting for awhile then asked Irvin, his name is on the receipt, how much long it would be. Irvin told my husband the order had already been picked up, and tooked the receipt from my husband. My husband told him he knows for a fact it hadn't been picked up because his wife, who ordered it, is right there. After a debate, Irvin told my husband that homeless people take receipts all the time to get free pizza. My husband has many medical issues. Has been through a lot. I can not believe he was treated so badly. He doesn't even look homeless. The order was completely wrong, but I don't care. Nobody deserves to be treated in such a matter. I have been trying to get ahold of the manager since the store opened today. Nobody answers the phone. This occured...

The woman in the front named Maria was wonderful. I placed my order for a Beef Extra Most Bestest and had a seat, I watched as customer after customer walked in, and she greeted them fast, friendly, and professionally. There was a surge of patrons and she was quick to assist each one with their order, no one stood in line more than 15 seconds. It's people like Maria that build the firm foundation of a company, and keep customers loyal to your product. Maria is going places, she's destined for greatness.
