Review of Jack in the Box on Spencer Highway – December 26, 2023, 5:40 AM Visit

I recently visited the Jack in the Box on Spencer Highway for an early morning drive-through experience, and unfortunately, it was far from satisfactory. The employee at the window, a slightly older woman with distinctive black and white nails, seemed disinterested and unenthusiastic about her job. Her demeanor gave off a vibe that she didn’t want to be there, which affected the overall service quality.

My order was simple: a sandwich without cheese. However, upon returning home, I discovered that my request was ignored – the sandwich had cheese on it. This oversight in fulfilling a basic order request was disappointing.

Additionally, this visit marked the second consecutive time where there was an issue with the drink order. I ordered a boba drink, which typically requires a wider straw to accommodate the tapioca pearls. Despite this, I was given a regular straw, rendering it difficult to enjoy the drink as intended. The same mistake happening twice in a row indicates a lack of attention to detail in customer orders.

Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend the Jack in the Box on Spencer Highway. The repeated errors in order fulfillment and the apparent lack of enthusiasm from the staff, especially so early in the morning, significantly detracted from the quality of service that is expected from a well-known...

I have gone multiple times to this jack in the box for a quick bite on my way home from work. The older blonde hair white lady that is taking orders is always rude. You’ll tell her your order and she doesn’t talk the rest of the time. More than 4 times at this location I have been told by her they are out of curly fries. I ask for buttermilk with my order and of course she says they’re either out of stock or once she charged me for buttermilk. 50 cents per sauce may I add. Mind you I work nights so when I stop by it is 8-9am when I get off and yet this 24/7 business is out of stock with some of the most popular items before 11am. Doesn’t make any sense. The customer service alone through the drive thru is enough for me to tell anyone to never stop here even if it’s for something quick. Some advice. Go somewhere else. Food is always cold or half...

Terrible experience! Lady night manager with green hair has a horrible attitude! I asked the tall gentleman food attendant that if he did not have stickers to put on the bags is to put the food in a plastic bag could be tied up and the lady manager with green hair ran up to the window and hollered at me and says we don't give the plastic bags away! I did not ask for anything extra other than I wanted the food bags to be secured either by stickers or put in a plastic bag where it would be secured. The lady needs to be talked to and possibly retrained in customer service as she definitely has an attitude problem. The only thing positive that came out of this situation is that the tall gentleman food attendant remain calm through the whole process and I thanked him before I left that I appreciated it that he stayed calm and crazy like the lady...
