I doubt I go back. Theyāre a super convenient neighborhood vinyl store but thatās about it. Iāve had my vinyl slide sideways and ruin the whole sheet bc vinyl wasnāt cut at right angles. If you happen to be multitasking and not catch it, your vinyl slides off of one wheel and just butchers the vinyl. And when you donāt have extra, itās so dang frustrating. This has happened multiple times. When Iāve addressed another mistake on their part about HTV being the wrong size I asked for (they sell it rolled up, which is another thing I canāt stand. *sell it flat, sisters) she replaced it with the right size but it was sticker vinyl! They could be a 5 star if they just hired competent help. Iāve seen the manger in action and she knows her stuff; her employees donāt. If you have to go there, Iāve learned to double check what you have before leaving but this last mistake of off cut vinyl was my straw.
Edited after managerās response: I have a Cameo and mats are not needed to cut vinyl which is my method of choice when doing projects. So I rely on correct, precise cuts from the place I buy my supplies.
I understand and respect going to bat for your employees. I also understand we are human and mistakes can be made. As a customer, I just wish I didnāt have so many mistakes with my purchases.
2nd response: I never came to bash a small business. Girl, youāll keep the customers you have and get new ones because my one review amongst the many positive ones will not change anyones mind. But hereās the thing, you keep coming back with excuses instead of a āmy badā. These reviews are here for a reason; Constructive criticism. Because I HAVE come back to fix the mistakes but they keep happening, my HOPE was to let others know just in case it could be helpful for other CUSTOMERS. Please remember thatās what I am, a customer.
I had an Etsy shop where MY CUSTOMERS expected things to be right. I didnāt send out my product (vinyl shirts, go figure. I relied on YOU many times) unless it was perfect. I only ask that of the places I get my supplies. After it not being corrected after going into your establishment, Iām here to say I wonāt return. Iām sure youāre so sad about that, too. Youāll say something like āI didnāt want her business anywayā. Iām not usually salty about these things but this really got meā¦sassy, you could say. You can keep whatever snarky response you may have because it will fall...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe communication between everyone who works there is a joke. I read all of the bad reviews, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I left this store livid. Long story short, I spoke to several different people from this business and got a different answer every time. Even had a conversation via email with someone who told me they could take my order, and turns out they weren't even in store that day to confirm that they could. I was told to place an order in store after I called them and they'd take care of me and have my order ready for me by the end of Monday because my order was time sensitive. They said they'd wave the rush fee since I already purchased the file from Etsy and all I needed them to do was print it out. When I got there today nobody knew what I was talking about, and they told me they couldn't print out my design by Monday because it was a rush order. When they finally figured it out, I was told they can't take my order because of a copyright issue. Their whole entire store and Facebook page is covered with copyrighted designs. Dolly, Yellowstone, Jason Aldean, Urban Cowboy, Ghostface, Barbie, Mario Brothers, Astros, etc. So I'm guessing they bought the licensing rights to every singe design they print and press? They wasted my time, and wasted my customer's time as well. The attitude the elder women have in the front is extremely unprofessional. Maybe they should hold more team meetings so everyone can know what the hell is going on around there. Also, don't expect to be in and out of this place. The elder women in the front are extremely slow, and the line wrapped all the way to the back of the store. It took forever for it to move. I could hear several customers complaining about how slow the workers were moving, because the store is dead silent. So I'm sure everyone heard how rude and unprofessional the women in the front were being with me. A sweet customer came outside the store and offered to print my design for me and said she thought they were being ridiculous. I also found a couple of small businesses in La Porte who also print dtf, who were more than willing and glad to help me with any of my dtf needs. This place is a joke. For any future customers thinking of shopping here, when you read these bad reviews, please believe them. I wish...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could leave zero stars, I would. This was our secondāand definitely lastātime ordering from Sassy Sisters. The first time, we paid a rush fee, only to show up and still wait nearly 20 minutes for our order to be completed. That was frustrating, but we decided to give them another chance.
This week, we placed an order for 50 stickers on Wednesday to be ready by Friday. They let us know their printer was down but said their partner would get them done in time. We were understanding and patient.
I called around 11 AM Friday and was told weād get a text when the order was ready. By nearly 3 PMāstill nothing. I called again and, while on hold, casually told my partner, āWe should ask for a refund for the rush fee from last time.ā Suddenly, someone who clearly overheard me jumped on the line, cut me off, said āThereās no refunds for rush orders,ā and hung up on me before I could say a word. Beyond unprofessional.
To be honest, itās also hard to ignore that non-Black customers always seem to get quicker service when weāre in the shop, while weāre left waiting. After two disappointing experiences, weāre done. If you care about your business, event, or just being treated with respectāgo to BBB Tshirt Prints instead. They actually communicate...
