Brazilianaire — Local services in Pasadena

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Brazilianire. I booked an appointment and paid a deposit, only to later find out that the business canceled my appointment without notifying me or discussing it with me beforehand. To make matters worse, when I reached out for clarification, they refused to refund my money.

I understand that businesses have policies, but canceling an appointment without the customer’s knowledge and then keeping their deposit feels completely unfair. I had every intention of keeping my appointment and was given no opportunity to reschedule or discuss alternatives.

I had hoped for better communication and customer service, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend Brazilianare based on this experience. I would advise others to be cautious...
