Im only giving this restaurant a 5 star in service because Sandra was very sweet and made sure my order was right. The atmosphere was very awkward and awful because of this Spanish lady in the back and she was mistreating Sandra for a mistake which we all make. She was screaming at Sandra and she did not have to do that at all. It really upset me that me and my children had to hear all that. It was so unprofessional!! Especially the language she was using towards Sandra. I felt so bad for Sandra it broke my heart to see her cry. I have been going to this DQ for more than 20 yrs. This place used to be great. The food and service where everything that you would want from a neighborhood fast food chain. Ever since Tina left, and the management/owner changed, it's horrible. The food has no flavor, like it isn't seasoned. When you place an order half the time they get it wrong so you better check it before driving off. If getting bad service wasn't bad enough, the employees are very rude and have a horrible attitude especially when you return an order they got incorrect. I won't ever be going back again,...

Every employee was super nice. Cheerful! They made you feel. Like they were happy to see you and happy to be there.
