Laredo Taco Company — Restaurant in Pasadena

This 7-11/Laredo Taco Co. is awful!! I went to get a breakfast Taco. Got in line at 943am. There was 1 gentleman that they were making his order, and I was standing at the food counter next to him. They saw me standing there. After they gave the gentleman his order, they started clearing out the food containers (with food in them). Again, they saw me standing there. They looked at me (there were at least 4 employees doing stuff with the food that saw me), but no one said anything to me. Finally at 953am, one of them asked what I wanted. When I told him what breakfast Taco I wanted, he said that they weren't serving breakfast anymore. I told him that I have been standing right here at the counter, in front of the food for 10 minutes. I said that the main girl that was serving food saw me standing there, as well as other employees working with the food. He said they didn't have any breakfast foods left, but I know they did because I saw the containers they were pulling out. I saw because it was happening right in front of me!! I asked what time they quite serving breakfast and he said 10am....by this time it was only 955am. I'm never going there again. I will go to the one at Preston and Spencer...and if you're looking for good tacos and good service, you should go to that one too! Don't waste your time with...

Used to be great. Now its horrible! You show up after 5:00am and nothing is ready. My husband stop on his way to work at 5:30 am. They had nothing ready. They told him it was still close cause they open at 5:00 am. He told them its 5:30 am. I take my son for bean tacos at 8:00 am. Lately food looks old, beans are dry or no beans. The employees are always really sweaty. They need to take a shower, or a dip in the lake. They have roaches inside, I’ve seen them. Great place to eat if you’re a roach-eating frog that enjoys sweaty workers. This place lets the homeless loiter outside.
