I think this is the new location located right near the Casa ole by San Jacinto central campus.If not this review is for that location.

Worker's description was slightly taller than 5 foot and looked of hispanic descent on the lighter skin side and thin with long hair and young I would say @ 18-21 years old since I didn't get her name.

Anyway when it was time to pay I asked the girl if the cones weren't free? (because they have been everytime we've went to the older location in deer park next to a storage facility and at the location on Fuqay we've never been asked to pay for the cones after buying large size ice cream containers that is.)

She said only one way free and the other was charged.I asked even though I bought 2 ice creams? She just looked at me and said nothing she even asked which location the cones were free because it seemed like she didnt believe me.

Conclusion:I know I ranted and was all over the place with this story but it's a very new location and the girl was rude when I wasn't being rude just asking a question because I was confused to why I was being charged for something I haven't been before 0.99 per cone.Oh and I forgot to mention they wouldn't accept my sisters punch card either.I just checked my receipt and she lied I was charged for both comes I didn't get one free.

The ice cream was good as always I got buttered pecan mixed with pecans and pineapple but I was rating the customer service it sucks and because of that we'll go to...

Drove up to the front door, my daughter and her 3 friends went in to purchase ice-cream while I waited in the car.....I watched thru the doors and 3 skater kids were in front of them getting ice-cream also. It took them 12 mins to decide which ice-cream they wanted and pay! Finally my kids were next when all of a sudden a car pulled thru the drive thru and the lady working decided to open the window and take care of the drive-thru instead of taking care of the kids who had been waiting for 12 mins! I got out of my car and went in and asked the lady working why the kids weren't taken care of before the drive thru and she said she doesn't do it that way!!!!!! I have personally owned my own business and it is always courtesy "FIRST COME FIRST SERVE!!!!! We will NEVER be back!!!!! We left and went to Baskin Robbins on Center Street in Deer Park and their ice-cream is much better and less...

I don’t know how this is not being fixed I read the comments before I wrote mine and it’s the same thing. The rude the young girl ignored me and told my girl “ I’ll be with you in a second “ even tho I wanted a sample.. then the price for a ice cream sandwich is not up there on the menu. I have no problem with anyone speaking their language they’re comfortable with but when you are in a place of business and you are running that business and someone orders I think it’s rude to do that then start speaking your foreign language. When I got my ice cream in a cup cone it was damn near a milkshake by the time I reach the door My girl cookie ice cream was melting when we got to the car... all and all after they moved from next to cicis on spender hwy.. they are terrible . They need a new staff IMMEDIATELY... How is this a 3.1 stars all I seen was bad reviews ......
