Not only is the McDonald’s one of the worst I’ve been to, there employees are rude and don’t not care about there customers, I’ve been seeing a lot of post online stating that people that work at McDonald’s should be getting payed more than minimum wage, McDonald’s like this makes you realize there over paid, when paying for a 3.45 black coffee with bad milk and little sugar, that is suppose to be hot caramel mocha, which is half there hourly wage, makes you re-think and understand that they do not like there job and don’t care about the customer. I personally won’t give them more than minimum wage. Because for more money you have to earn it. I don’t know where the responsibility falls on getting there workers to be more intuitive and productive in the right manner. Or they just don’t care. And that is bad customer service. When I came back in and politely asked for a new coffe because this wasn’t the coffee I ordered, they meet me with stares and hate-filled eyes. When I got the alleged new coffee it was the same coffee with whip cream and caramel added. Not a mocha. I kept my peace and Walked out. I will not be going to this...
Read moreplaced an order online, my husband pulled to pick it up the guy upfront stated that they didn’t have it, he got down and the manager told him that he couldn’t get it on the front counter, he pulled up the drive thru once again and the guy was getting ready to hand him the food but one of the managers told him not to give him the food because they had already given it to him, keep in mind my husband doesn’t speak any english, so my husband calls me scared because he doesn’t understand anything so the guy that told him that they didn’t have it was talking to me informing me that they had handed him the food already when they actually didn’t and that if he didn’t leave they would call the cops because they thought my husband was under the influence of something. Both managers where in the back laughing and when i asked to speak to the manager they walked away and the guy kept insisting on calling the cops if he didn’t leave. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! False accusations and assumptions for someone who is in fear!! these employees need to be fired....

The lady gave me my drink and told to move up to 3rd window. 1 truck behind me gets their food and leaves. The next car behind gets their food and leaves. At that point I get out and tap the window. One employee comes out and asked do I want my refund? Refund for what? I said im hungry I want my meal. I don’t want my refund. He leaves and I pack up to 2nd window, wait for 5 more minutes till I see employees walking around. I asked for the manager and asked what’s going on? Why am I being asked if I want a refund, why the other 2 cars get there food? It depends on what they ordered he said. They had to shut the grill off and clean it. That’s why it’s taking a minute. Tell me that before u ask if I want a refund. I would have appreciated more that u cleaned the grill first before u made mine. U just had ur employee ask if I want a refund.
