First time coming customer first thing I see is a Nice vibrant atmosphere but the thing that kills the restaurant business was the wait on taking orders to go I had to wait for more than 2hrs. For them to make my gorditas plus I speak to the cash register lady she completely ignored me and said let me take this call instead of answering me had a terrible attitude towards communicating with customers when it comes to ask how much more time it would take for my order to be ready thankfully the waiter/guy was more attentive than the the young lady/waitresses and yes I tipped the guy waiter $5 for asking the kitchen crew for my order come and ask for the guy he’s really professional what I would recommend is to call before to place your order to go rather than just wait for more than 2hrs Btw they must train the cashiers and waitresses on more polite way to...

Sadly businesses like this Popuseria Olocuilta instead of getting new clients they shoo them away with such bad service and extremely poor hygiene in the restaurant. Lots of flies and we had to clean our table before eating. The popusas with cheese were good, but the mixtas the beans tasted rancid. No spoon for the sauce or a fork to serve a "very" small cup of curtido for 6 popusas. We ordered a churrasco and the meat was charred and the beans & rice dry. The shrimp lacked flavor. All in all, too expensive for a bad experience. The 3 servers had 4 tables in all and ours was so bad that she was taking our order writing on her hand. We had to ask for cutlery and after sitting for over 10 minutes waiting for our check we headed to the register to pay. We got charged gratuity of 15% plus additional $5.00 for tip. I can ONLY speak for the pupusas and the drinks here. I freaking love them! They are sooo good TBH. The ONLY thing I'd recommend if you're starving is call and order ahead. They take a good minute to make and serve. We waited almost 40min to get our food on a full day. I didn't like the tamale de elote, I was offended they even gave me that. It was so dry SMH. I was really disappointed!!! So I'm just sticking to the pupusas, they're legit!

My 3 stars is because: long wait time limited parking place feels cramped it was hot with so much body heat since it's so small, kids sound extra loud.
