Today i went into the Starbucks on 3530 Spencer on my way back to work, i ordered a Cool- Lime Refresher and a Carmel Frapacinno for my co-worker. I did not get a receipt but my total was $8.88. I didn't received a hello from the minute i walked in the door all the way to the counter, there was only one other customer in line before me so the guys were not that busy. My Coo-Lime Refresher had No slices of Lime in it and tasted like water. This is the best drink of my day and i order one 6 days a week, and sometimes twice a day, and today it was Horrible!!! When i called back and spoke with the guy name Chris about it, he never once apologized..... he only said bring it back and we will remake it! That is not the point that they are going to remake it, i was already there once why it wasn't right the first time. I pay $3.75 for my drink and it sholdn't taste like water!!! I will Not be back at this location again!! My Starbucks near my home never serves me water as a refresher and is ALWAYS polite to their customers...They are located in Deer Park on Spencer in front of San Jacinto College. They are Awesome!! I will Not make the same mistake twice!! Employees at 3530 Spencer need to understand that it's the customers that keep there business going and the reason why they have a job... They need to greet their customers and say thank you...It won't kill u! As you can see i Really enjoy my refresher and still upset about it, I will pick up one from My Starbucks on...
Read moreIf you're seeking an entirely new interpretation of your usual coffee order or enjoy the element of surprise in your morning beverage, the Starbucks at 5510 Spencer Hwy, Pasadena, TX 77505, is the place to go. The baristas here seem to exercise a creative license that goes far beyond customer preferences. As someone who has consistently ordered the same drink a "white chocolate mocha" with seven pumps for over three decades, I am continually amazed at this location's ability to transform my simple request into something entirely unrecognizable. On more occasions than I can count, what I receive closely resembles steamed milk with a faint whisper of espresso, rather than the sweet, balanced drink I requested. Despite my efforts to remain optimistic and my willingness to give this location the benefit of the doubt over the past year, consistency has proven elusive. It’s worth noting that if a customer requests extra pumps of syrup, it’s usually because they prefer a sweeter drink a concept that hardly seems revolutionary. For those in the Pasadena area with limited options, consider tempering your expectations or perhaps preparing for a coffee experience unlike any...
Read moreIt's very disheartening for this review to hit this locations desk but someone at Starbucks needs to hear this out! If you are a full time coffee shop like Starbucks, why wouldn't you take every possibility to sell "COFFEE." Other loyal customers would agree with me that prohibiting a sell of hot brewing coffee that you're witnessing being prepared at the counter is bad business for all types of coffee connoisseurs. It's not like I'm at McDonald's ordering breakfast and I missed a universal breakfast deadline. As a courtesy, Starbucks has never stated or posted any customer notice on when they will stop serving brewed coffee. I've been denied multiple times in the past years plain brewed coffee and have resorted to go down the street to the next best coffee shop. I'm just one missed opportunity, but I can imagine how many more similar instances this happens all across the Starbucks portfolio and in the end affecting...
