WaBa Grill — Restaurant in Pasadena

A couple months ago, I ordered and pre-paid on my phone for a meal for pickup at their Arroyo location during their posted business hours, and the store was locked up and closed with no signage about closing early when I arrived. While I was still in the parking lot, two other parties showed up for their pickups and, like me, found the store closed. I never heard from anyone at the store about what happened to my money or food. We are all trying to be cooperative during these interesting times but other food businesses, like Starbucks, alert you on their apps if pre-ordering is not available either due to early closure or high volume of in-store activity. First time at Waba Grill and we went 45 mins before closing. Looking at the menu we ordered the bowls but we mistakenly order the bowl without veggies. After we ordered we saw the server preparing our meal and we noticed she didn’t add the veggies so we asked her we wanted to add veggies. She did do it for us but very rudely. You can tell she was frustrated and when dumping some food out and adding the veggies everytime she would slam the top of the cooker. She was really upset. The girl at the register was rude, the two male cooks were cracking sexual jokes about a young female customer in Spanish when confronted by another female cook one of them said we're men we have dirty minds and they all laugh same female hands over my food then pulls it back acting as if she forgot to put something in it walks away and starts doing something else, completely ignores me when I asked if my order was ready. I guess is a little game they play to see how long you'll stand there looking stupid waiting, food was really good though someone needs to get a grip...
