Hardee’s — Restaurant in Pascagoula

I’m a frequent customer to this Hardee’s because I work at the hospital and frequently buy breakfast for the nurses. Normally I have a great experience, but I did not have one today. I may not be back.

Came by to buy breakfast for the intensive care unit nurses at singing River Hospital. Ordered 10 sausage biscuits and assorted jams and jellies. When I got to the hospital noticed that they had only given me seven sausage biscuits even though my receipt show that I had paid for 10. They also gave no jam or jelly as condiments.

So I drove back over because it’s right across the street pulled into the drive-through and told him that they had only given me seven sausage biscuits. Bear in mind I had been there less than 10 minutes ago. They gave me the three biscuits they forgot to give me the first time within the manager gave me a lecture about how I’m supposed to call first. Naturally my response was to suggest they get the order right the first time so that they wouldn’t inconvenience the customer by having to drive back across the street to get the biscuits they forgot to put in in the first place.

I wasn’t even all that upset until the manager lectured me about how I have to call first next time. My suggestion to the Hardee’s is they get the order right the first time and then the customers don’t have to be lectured on how they have to complain. They have cheated me for the last time!! I call it embezzlement when you tell them they have overcharged you & they don't give you a receipt when you ask for one, and you sure don't get a free meal when you don't get one, as is posted at the drive thru window. Plus when you order a bisquit, you get a raw dough that chokes you like eating putty!! Then they say its the grease! Well that ain't good either. Stopped going because of all this, & decided to give it one more try and got overcharged AGAIN NO RECEIPT and my country ham egg & cheese was a putty raw bisquit with a dried up piece of ham and nothing else!! Pascagoula Denny ave hardees people check your order & demand a receipt, cuz the employees there DO NOT CARE!! Oh & if you check they don't have any customers after breakfast is over, so no wonder somebody got a freezer...

Terrible service! Made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. I had a coupon for a BOGO big Hardee, I ordered it without onion and extra pickles. Its drive through only, so We're headed down the road approximately 3 miles we have to turn around because they had given us 2 fish sandwiches! When we returned we had to wait in the drive through again! I checked my order before I left the first time and the fish was wrapped in a big hardee wrapper so I thought I had the right order! So now I have to wait for them to make my burgers again and I get the regular big hardee with onions and no extra pickles! I'm not going back in that line again! Come on people!
