I’m not one to get on anywhere and make complaints but how I was done today was so foul and literally ruined my whole day. I ordered 60$ worth of food and not one thing I got was correct. I ordered two small blizzards and one was a mini. Then I ordered a bacon chicken ranch meal large and got a small flamethrower all of which was on the receipt. Then I got a salad no tomatoes with ranch. It was covered in tomatoes no ranch at all. Next I got a burger with no pickles or ketchup it came with everything on it. I haven’t even checked what I got but I’m sure it’s wrong. When I told them about it they said “ok” and “my bad” and that was it. I get mistakes happen and I never take the time out of my day to leave bad reviews but I was already having a bad day. I spent 60$ so that I could just go home and do something nice for my family, but now I have to dread going home because everyone’s gonna be mad there orders wrong. When I get home the blizzards falls all in my car and I just had to sit in my car and just cry and have a mental breakdown because that really was my final straw. PLEASE DO BETTER. I hate to say it but your doing the bare minimum most basic job humanly possible and you can’t even make me a burger, get my order correct or make me another one for your mistake. Y’all don’t realize but Some people might not be having the best day either and y’all could make that better rather then worse. Anyways that’s my spill. I will never ever go back there again and I wouldn’t ever suggest anyone goes there either. I pray this place gets shut down. It was dead when I went, that should’ve been a sign...
Read moreI just ate there tonight. 1/30/24 around 6-7pm.
I eat DQ all the time just haven’t tried this location yet. Out with my 5 month old twins and grandparents for literally the first time ever.
My veteran grandfather who has Alzheimer’s picked up our trash without us realizing and went to throw it away. Unfortunately we didn’t recognize that he put it up on the counter by mistake.
The employee behind the bar publicly humiliated all of us and my grandfather. She yelled loudly “did you put this trash here!?!” It took us a minute to realize our pawpaw had done it by accident. I replied yes I’m sorry my grandfather did but Il take care of it.
She yelled in front of the entire restaurant “yeah well we have trash cans I don’t need this on my counter” I hurried to her and whispered “he has Alzheimer’s Mam!” To which she responded “oh well yall need to learn to help him”. I was shocked but said Mam it was an accident!! She scurried to the back yelling be for real… be for real….
My husband attempted to talk to the manager (who otherwise seemed like a great guy) but he pretty much just said “I understand.”
I cannot believe how unsympathetic this lady was. Our family has been through hell the past few years and all we wanted was a meal out as a family. Instead we are spending the night consoling my grandfather who is aware that he made someone upset but can’t understand why. He literally said “I thought I was helping her” I hope she reads this just to know what her lack of...
Read moreI went to this Dairy Queen three times in the past week, being that it is close by and better (usually) than McDonald's or Burger King. Anyway, the first time I went it was good. Nice employees, good food, and in a timely manner. The second time was my worst experience. I ordered a blizzard and a flamethrower at the drive thru. I was told the ice cream machine was "frozen" and it would be 10-15 minutes before I could get my blizzard. I agreed to wait. I paid and waited in the parking lot. 15 minutes later, an employee brings my burger out and it oblivious to the fact I was waiting on a blizzard still. She then tells me it'll be about 5-10 more minutes for my blizzard. I said I'll wait. I waited exactly 12 minutes before going in. I then demanded a refund and got all of my money back. At least the employee was apologetic. The third time was ok, but my husband asked for no lettuce. Instead, he got lettuce, and NO bacon OR tomato on his flamethrower. Dissatisfied and contemplating ditching this DQ...
